Great service! Needed my windshield replaced, Chelsea managed the claim paperwork and reminded me I was eligible for a loaner car while the work was being done. Technician was efficient - car was done earlier than expected, and my car was clean and looking great when I picked it up. Highly recommend!

One more happy customer. From the moment I was greeted at the door I felt like I was a priority and they treated my car as if it was their own. When I arrived to pick up my car, a Boyd employee was very proud to show me the work they had done and I liked that. i stopped in to have a quick fix done on my license plate holes. the staff were polite and able to fit me in to quickly fix the problem.. they were polite, smiled a lot, and very easy to talk with and completely understood what i needed done. the front desk staff were incredible, polite and friendly. i will be back there for any future work i need done on my vehicle. I will also tell my friends and family about the wonderful service i received. thank you very much for helping me have a great day...hope you have one too.

This location has amazing service. I went down to get a glass chip looked at to see if it needed repair. The service tech came right out- no waiting AT ALL- inspected the chip, approved it as repairable and did the repair! One visit, no appointment needed, no waiting. I will definitely bring my business back to Boyd and counsel my family and friends to do the same.

WOW! I can't say enough positive things about the fantastic service I received this week, thank you! Firstly, my insurance company told me that my vehicle would be a "total loss" following it's argument with the parkade gate in my building (the gate won when it came down on my hood and crumpled it up!) and yet, the manager Terry, was able to save my car AND do an amazing repair. (I posted a pic of the result on my facebook and called it a "Body Shop Miracle"!) Not only that, but the service was awesome; as I didn't have a rental car, Terry personally picked me up in the morning and drove me to the Body shop to collect my vehicle once it was fixed. Thank you, thank you. Gold stars deserved all round! LOVE the service and the wonderful result. :o)

went to get some chips in my windshield repaired, no appointment and although they were busy i was looked after right away in a friendly, courteous and professional manner. I was in and out in 15 minutes!! I'd recommend these guys in a heartbeat!!!
