Boyds is very professional from being to end. Had a loaner car which was very, very clean, washed just before I got it. I highly recommend them. I give them a 10.

The best auto-shop I've ever visited. Extremely friendly and pleasant staff. Add to this they're super professional. They got the work done fairly quickly, they explained to me all the details about what they have done and they gave me a free car wash. I would definitely recommend their shop to all my friends...

R. K , was superb and professional in her service. Boyd was quick and made my car look like brand new. The transition was seamless and I did not have to loose any time from work. Thank you Rose for the excellent service and being so kind. Service with a smile and she showed dedication to her job. She really knew what she was doing in all aspects of the process!

Perfect would describe my experience at the New Westminster shop. Terry Kinamore gave good suggestions which I followed, they finished the repairs in 2 days rather than the estimated 3, and I was treated well by him, reception, and the driver who transported me home and later picked me up (and didn't mind my little dog with me). Thank you so much for a good experience in a time of trouble. And oh yes, the car was perfectly repaired, cleaned inside, and washed!

Went in for a chip repair, using a Groupon. Expected it would be a luke warm reception since not a big money maker. Pleasantly mistaken however, the fellow was very welcoming, the young lady in the office was very pleasant, the manager happened to come by (Larry) and chatted with me, and not only did they fix the chip, they WASHED MY TRUCK! Which really needed it. Excellent service! I will tell my friends and neighbours
