They have done fabulous job on repairing my car and they repaired my car earlier than i expected . Terry explained me on what they have done on my car which was very helpful for me . Everything was excellent and perfect.

Once again I needed work done and once again the service was great. My vehicle was taken in on time, ready on time, work done was great, and was less than the quote and everyone I dealt with was friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends as both my experiences were great.

I have a 2013 F150 that I use for work. I try and keep it tidy, but being on work sites daily it can get the occasional mark. Sometime in the last couple of months I managed to get a black mark along the right hand side of the box. I've had a fair amount of work done at Boyd (2 kids) and had always been very pleased with their work. I thought that I'd check in to see if they might be able to recommend a compound that I could use to remove the scratch. Instead they said to bring the truck around into the shop and they'd see what they could. They proceeded to cut-polish and wax the mark out of the box over the next 20 or so minutes, and when I asked them how much they'd like, they wouldn't accept anything. Again, I'm extremely pleased with their work and professionalism.

Back in 2007 I had Boyd Autobody do a collision repair on my '05 Chrysler Crossfire. Recently, when a computer failed on the car the problem was traced back to a water leak at the site of the original repair. I was concerned that after all this time that the company would not honour it's guarantee. I was wrong!. Not only did Boyd repair the leaky area they also sourced a replacement computer, installed and tested it at no charge! Some companies offer a guarantee but don't deliver, but Boyd Auto Body and Glass certainly did. I must also mention that they cleaned my car inside and out, provided me with a courtesy car while mine was being repaired and made several calls to Chrysler Corp to ensure the repairs were done correctly. Huge Kudos to Jason Z. who did a beauty of a job on my 08 honda civic. Car looks great, went above and beyond. The customer service at the front desk from Nikki was top notch. After getting in a car accident and being bummed, Nikki helped out huge and made the whole process smooth and easy. She explained it all to me and even organized a car rental. Thank you to all at Boyd Auto body out in Langley, well done.

Very good customer service they did a great job and I am very picky, but I was impressed they shined up my car with doing a great job on the interior,had my car back in days, very friendly from Samantha at the front when I first walked in, to Paolo and Joseph made it easier than I have ever experienced at a body shop before .I got a rental car right away with minimum waiting I was on my way within minutes I will definitely recommend this body shop to friends,family and co-workers.You made me a satisfied customer.Thanks guys you are awesome.
