BC - 12211 Bridgeport Rd, Richmond - 6/15/14

First time into collision, had no idea what to do. Found Boyd auto body shop near my restaurant. They guided me really good. Service is awesome, staff is friendly. On my first meeting they inspected my car and promise me to fix itwith in three days. I was amazed when they called me on third day in the morning just to give me updates on my car ( great customer service ). They also said that the car will be ready by afternoon and it was actually ready to go when i went there, no waiting or delays. I was impressed by the job they did. Pauolo is the guy to deal with you are awesome my friend. I would recommend anyone to go there if they want their cars to be taken good care of.

I had gotten into an accident and my bumper had fallen off, rim was scratched up and few other minor things. Hardeep was my adjuster and he was absolutely amazing. Very friendly, kind, helpful and personable. Every time I had to come into Boyd Hardeep would stand up come to the front with my file. Very nice to be recognized everytime especially when Boyd is a busy autobody shop and they see a lot of faces come in and out daily. The work on my car made it look brand new again... even if it was just a month old to begin with. I would defianately reccommend Boyd to anybody needing repairs and a double thumbs up to Hardeep for his wonderful customer service. Thank-you :)

Everyone at Boyd Autobody at this location were friendly, very helpful and kept me up to date with the repairs that were being done. Samantha and Paulo were so wonderful that I will definately recommend this location to anyone else needing autobody done. The work was flawless and my car looks brand new again! Thanks guys.

I brought my car to Boyd New West with two separate insurance collision claims. Terry handled both claims with excellent precision and in a timely manner. He also paid for the extra day of car rental that I needed as I was out of town- VERY MUCH appreciated! Door lock and front bumper needed a little extra work and Terry was happy to fix that weeks later. Fantastic customer service! I would highly recommend Terry and Boyd New West in the future.

Having to bring my car in for repairs at my cost was not a great feeling for me. Seeing the estimate made it even more real. I had to write to tell you how please, thrilled we are. The service we received by Larry and the 'team' in the office was fantasitc! The work done on the van, is way beyond our expectations. I do not wish damage on this van or any vehicle of friends I know, but I can tell you, they will hear of Boyd in Abbotsford from me just in case.

Terry right away helped me out by letting me know I still had some things to iron out with ICBC, even without knowing the history of the reason I was there. Then not only did his team take care of my claim, but they also buffed out some scratches, fixed my windshield chip, and cleaned my van inside and out, for free! Did I mention they did this all in a day and a half?! My husband has a chip in his window too, so I'll be booking with them ASAP on their current groupon! They got us for life!

I decided to go to Boyd's to have my wind shield replaced after reading the great reviews and because it was close to my home. When I called to find out what I had to do, the woman who answered the phone was friendly and helpful. When I first took the vehicle in they ordered the correct wind shield, organized the ICBC file and made it all painless. I dropped my truck off on the appointed day and when I picked it up the same friendly woman had all paper work ready, the truck was brought to the front door cleaned inside and out! The new fellow who did the vehicle cleaning is to be commended because it sure needed it! I would happily recommend Boyds - they are professional and friendly and they do what they say they will do.
