This was my second visit to your shop and as on my first visit I found the staff most delightful to deal with. The service was prompt and over the top. When I picked up my car I found it cleaner by far than when I dropped it of. I would not hesitate to recommend Boyd to anyone. I have found in life if I wanted more then I would have to give better service than required and you folks have certainly shown that customers are important. Thanks Clayton W

I already had a very very good experience with customer service and quality auto body repair a couple of years ago at Boyd on 3rd in New Westminster. Once more this year, I was super-impressed with how professional, customer friendly, and quick the whole service. Work was completed within 3 days when I was expecting a couple of weeks! In particular, I thank Terry for being very reassuring and sharing his knowledge on the repair work. Of course, no one wants to have any collision but I highly recommend the team at this location for they truly helped make my collision experience a far less painful one.

Wonderful customer service! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Used parts were sourced out and options were recommended to keep my cost down which I appreciated as I was paying for the repair. I went to another repair shop for a quote first and it was much higher. I am totally happy with the work that was done and would wholeheartedly recommend Boyd's Autobody in Langley as the place to go for car repairs.
