I already had a very very good experience with customer service and quality auto body repair a couple of years ago at Boyd on 3rd in New Westminster. Once more this year, I was super-impressed with how professional, customer friendly, and quick the whole service. Work was completed within 3 days when I was expecting a couple of weeks! In particular, I thank Terry for being very reassuring and sharing his knowledge on the repair work. Of course, no one wants to have any collision but I highly recommend the team at this location for they truly helped make my collision experience a far less painful one.

Wonderful customer service! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Used parts were sourced out and options were recommended to keep my cost down which I appreciated as I was paying for the repair. I went to another repair shop for a quote first and it was much higher. I am totally happy with the work that was done and would wholeheartedly recommend Boyd's Autobody in Langley as the place to go for car repairs.

Staff is very helpful (Joseph) - following up on regularly on the progress. End results are also great. Nice finish and they even cleaned the interior and polish the tire. Will go back again for future repairs.

I would just like to say the service and attention we received from this location was unbelievable. We dealt with Kris on our initial visit and he was so accommodating and helpful and immediately was able to help us. When I called to check on our vehicle the staff was so nice and friendly and their customer service skills were fabulous. I know it is always scarey when you go somewhere to have your vehicle worked on but they went above and beyond and I will highly recommend this shop to everyone I know! Not only were they wonderful to deal with but the work done on our van was amazing. You cannot tell where the big dents were at all! Thank you for all your hard work and exceptional Customer Service!!! Penny and the team at the Victoria Humane Society!!

Thank you for the special efforts that the staff here put into the repair of the damages on my vehicle. Not only was the damage repaired back to original condition , but the extra effort put into the cleaning of all of the glass, the vacuming of the vehicle and even the cleaning of the floor mats , showed above and beyond in attention to good customer service. JB and Heather made a loaner vehicle available and this was clean and tidy and much appreciated. Kudos to the team in Abbotsford!

Great service. I sent an e mail to book an appointment on the Monday of the May long weekend. Robin answered me that afternoon and I took the car in at 7:30 the next morning. He had it all ready to go. I was out of there in 3 minutes. The car was ready, washed and vacuumed for me at 4:30. Thanks Guys.

This is my second auto glass replacement (on 1st and 2nd cars) in Boyd. I am very pleased with their service. They have provided me curtesy ride to my workplace and picked me up after job was done. Good work, good service, nice people and even decent coffee :-) THANKS Boyd!

I didn't know that customer service like this still existed. Robin did an amazing job of coordinating my glass repair, arranging a rental service to come pick me up, and keep me in the loop while my vehicle was being worked on. I'd recommend you guys to anyone who needs your services! Thanks!

Wow, I am impressed. These guys were above average and I highly recommend this location, I will recommend this Auto Glass service. Drive the distance, go a bit farther but get to this location. A supper happy customer and a Friday afternoon on a long week end. They fixed my broken windshield. I will be back and friendly, honest. Boyd auto body are lucky to have these guys working for them. I will be back!!!

Contact Boyd through its website. Sent its office with pictures of areas and parts of my car that required replacements and repairs via email. It only took under an hour for Boyd to reply with suggestions as to the practicality of the repairs needed and that will also meet my budget. Boyd managed to get me an appointment first thing Monday morning. I left my car for a day and have it back at 4:00 pm with its brand new windshield and taillights. So happy with the service, and now enjoying my car.
