Hi This was the third time I used Boyd at this location. Twice for my car and once for my wife's. Terry was really great. I was kept up to date on the repairs and the cars were repaired in a very nice fashion. In fact I have recommended this Boyd location to other potential customers. Great work Boyd and Terry.

They did it again! Today another car in a parking lot put a very small scratch on my car. Turned out it was the owner of the place I was eating. He apologized to me. I took my car to Bloyd's and with out cost they buffed the scratch, washed my car and charged me nothing. This is the second time I have received exceptional service at Boydauto. Thanks Paolo!!

Excellent job on my grandson's car. He's was worried that the repairs would show and wasn't convinced until he saw the finished job. He's now convinced you performed magic on his car.. This is my third experience with Boyd Auto body. The staff have been friendly and exact in their estimates of time, damage and price. I can honestly recommend Boyd's to anyone.

Everything was well done from service, timing for appointment, completion of the work, to the extra car clean and wash. Much appreciated. Professional job by Jamie and the friendliness of Michelle at reception made a lousy situation (broken windshield) seem not so bad after all. My windshield was broken by a home run ball. The service I received from Boyd was also like "hitting the ball out of the park- a home run- again." Thanks.

Not only did they fix my windshield in a very timely manner (I needed it back by a certain time, which they accommodated), but my car had been completely cleaned, inside and out. Being "wowed" is hard to come by these days.

When it came to choosing which body shop to take my car I did not hesitate. BOYD instantly came to mind ("Bring it to Boyd"). Earlier in the year I had my car in for a rear end hit. The repairs were marvelous. So when it came around to take my 2001 Civic for some repairs I had no doubt where to go. The front office staff was easy and helpful to deal with. Jb took care of me for both accidents beginning to end. When I received the car back, it had looked as if they traded my car in for a newer Civic. I am more than pleased with the workmanship. What blew me away, were the little things they had done (polished my headlights, retape a door moudling and fixed the door gap) WITHOUT me asking... The rest of the car color is new and shinny. WOW THANK YOU Boyd Autobody! Customer care is nothing less than exceptional 10/10!
