Fantastic service from Joseph Lin, good service attitude, very courteous, very helpful - my car was repaired quickly & perfectly. Receptionist Samantha was polite & welcoming. To my surprise, my SUV was cleaned inside & out. Without a doubt I would recommend your shop to others. The customer pickup/drop off was an added bonus.

I just want to commend your staff at this location several times they have taken the time to fix our front bumper on our Chrysler 300. As parking we have run into grief !! Hooking our bumper. It's so hard going forward into these high curbs!! They didn't charge for their time and very courteous service. We will certainly recommend them to all. Thanks again. P. S. Has anyone come up with a front bumper warning yet we sure need one as, we love our it's a 2003 Special "M". Thanks again.

Robin at Boyd auto body was unbelievable going the extra mile helping me. I had an employee (who speaks little English) was rear ended sunday her friends told her not to bother to get her car repaired. With the help of Robin she had unbelievable service, it actually made me feel proud to be a CANADIAN!!!! Thanks to Robin, he helped with her service, paperwork, car rental, return and pickup of her vehicle.....on Monday April 7, that lady came to work stood at my desk and shed a tear, she was grateful for all Robin did for her, she said he was very kind and helpful!!!! First class service, prompt price quote. The car was vacuumed and temporary plastic window fixed. Glass arrived as promised, installed neatly. The car was cleaned inside and out. I was driven home, and picked up again when the job was done. The price was reasonable. I am very satisfied.
