Fantastic service! We have used Boyd a couple of times for insurance jobs and had exceptional service, but this time we went there to get a quote for repainting some scratches on the back of our car before we sold it. Boyd offered to polish it free of charge and thought that would solve the problem. They had 2 guys polish it for 45 mins and it came out perfect. They wouldn't accept any payment not even a 'drink'. Wonderful service thank you!

From the initial phone call to picking up my car, fully washed and vacuumed, an incredibly positive experience. Boyd obviously cares about their customers and the experience they are providing. Both Michelle and Jamie ensured that I was taken care of properly, providing accurate and timely information, always with a smile. And the repair work was outstanding as well! Will definitely recommend Boyd to my friends and use them again in the future (if I need to)! Thank you for your effort above and beyond!

Robin S. was the serviceman who helped me assess the damage on my car (Ford Focus 2003). I wasn't sure if I should make a claim or pay myself so he looked at my insurance papers and showed me where I was on the insurance chart. He wrote out the number for ICBC and I phoned right there in the office and sorted out the rest. Robin and the other staff were friendly, helpful and they did a fantastic job at replacing my fender and blending the paint on my 11 year old car. I dropped in to Boyd Autobody in Maple Ridge and was attended to right away by Navin. I was given a detailed quote, had all the repairs explained to me and given advice on caring for my car. Navin offered to polish my car to improve its appearance and it looked great. I was given all the information and options I needed to make my decision. I was very impressed by the quality of service and knowledge of the staff at Boyd.

I would recommend this auto body shop very strongly.
