Fantastic service and care by great employees. Rishi and his team were great every step of the way- from my first contact, to picking up my repaired vehicle. Estimates and explanations of work were clear and concise, Rental car and transport was arranged, my truck was detailed upon pick up, and every thing was on time. Truly impressive customer service and quality work. Highly recommended.

Courteous, helpful service from the estimator in the front office (thanks Joseph), speedy courtesy vehicle arrangements with National, a thoroughly professional job in body work/repair with updates ... and an absolutely amazing paint job as usual! The auto detailing job was just so much more icing on the cake! I got the car walk around with explanation of the work that had had to be done (wow!); invoice and warrantee documents were clearly explained. Though an accident brought me to Boyd, you sent me away with the same feeling I had when I first drove my Honda Coupe off the dealership lot. Thanks for my car back "like brand new!" I'll be back--but only if I have to! In the meantime, I'll brag about you and show off your work to my friends! Great work guys!

From the time I entered the shop until the time I picked up my car, I felt that the customer service was absolutely fantastic! Samantha was incredibly friendly and promised that aside from the work that was being done on my car, they would, without charge, remove some paint that was on the door. I was shocked and happily surprised by this gesture of kindness. I will definitely be back and would recommend Boyd to anyone. Thank you!

A few weeks ago, one of our corporate vehicles was vandalized overnight. I phoned Rishi on the Saturday morning after the incident, as we needed to have the vehicle towed and arrange for a replacement car. Despite the fact that it was a weekend, Rishi dropped everything to have our car towed to his shop. He also arranged for the driver to pick up a replacement car at a location close to his home. Our vehicle was repaired, detailed and returned that week - everything handled expertly and efficiently (as usual) by Rishi and his team. I cannot say enough about how much their dedication to customer service is appreciated and also how it helped to reduce the stress caused by this incident. The driver of the car has now dubbed Rishi "The Fixer" he was so impressed by how efficiently things were done!
