Rishi B. at the Richmond location was outstanding in providing a 5 Star performance with regards to my incident - he arranged for a tow and car rental within 3 hours of contacting him and the work that was done to fix my vehicle was done in a timely fashion and looks brand new.

I returned to Boyd Richmond for the 2nd time in a couple of years to have the windshield on my Range Rover replaced. All I have to say is AMAZING SERVICE ALWAYS!. I have recently moved into the interior and was in town due to business. I called Rishi at about noon and asked to see if I can get the glass done before i go back the following day and he said no problem I will get it done. And he did. I dropped my truck at 2 pm and was on my way back up by 2 pm the next day. Great service on short notice that fits my schedule..... cant beat it. He even flew a part in overnight to complete the job! What really blew me away was the fact that my truck went in filthy. After 4 weeks of highway driving in the interior weather I needed a detail badly. Well to my surprise.... when i came to pickup the truck it was spotless!! Inside and out. Thanks to ... the detailer or whoever cleaned it because it was a mess and you made it new again. Thanks Rishi again for your great service and attention to detail and thanks to Boyd Richmond. I would refer anyone that is looking for glass work to be done just because of the service and the car cleaning!! Its worth going here. read more

Got rear ended and had my rear bumper wrecked. Read some reviews online and found Boyd with really good reviews, so I decided to take it to Boyd. It's my first time getting into an accident, and due to my previous unpleasant experiences with different Autobody shops, I was extremely nervous and careful. The staff are extremely friendly and patient with me. Especially requested a fuel efficient courtesy car upon request. After they took my car in, they called me and gave me updates. They also reassured me with pictures taken and sent to me to ensure I was satisfied with my new parts. Unexpectedly, it was a speedy repair and I took my car back in no time ! My boyfriend and I were both really happy with the work done. After i got my car back, I realized a rattling sound coming from my car. Like something came loose and was rocking around the ... car. Called them and they immediately took my car back in. Took them over an hour to diagnose the problem (taking parts apart and inspecting my car in and out), and found out that it was a pen that's causing the problem. They said it might have been the aftermath of the accident causing the pen to slide underneath the carpet rubbing against the metal, but unlikely. Regardless, they did not charge me a dime for all the effort, work and time put in diagnosing the problem, despite that it wouldn't be covered from my insurance. Would definitely recommend this shop. I would give 10/10 for their service, professionalism, competency and speed. read more

I just recently picked up my Audi Q7 from Boyd in Richmond. Amazing attention do detail and the customer service was great! Rish B. was the fellow I dealt with and he made me feel like I just bought a brand new car from him. When my vehicle was ready it looked perfect.

I originally went to Boyd's Autyobody by picking the name from a list supplied by my insurance provider. The second incident happened and I didn't have to think twice. Wendy and Kris have both gone the extra mile and made using their services as efficient and pleasant as possible. I have no problem in referring Boyd's Autobody Colwood to friends who may need their services. Wendy deserves 5 stars by herself. Thanks for the excellent services and hopefully I never need them again... if I do Boyd's in Colwood would definitelybe my choice.

Thank you team at Boyd Auto Body on 73rd. You went way beyond my service expectation. Firstly you fit us right in on a crazy snow day and supplied a temporary light to get me through to my appointment day. Then when I mentioned an issue that turned out not to be from the accident, but was still under warranty. You took my truck to the dealer and had it fixed for me, no cost. Figuring, since I already had a rental car, why waste extra time taking it in on my own. Thank you for exceptional out of the box thinking and amazing customer service. Most importantly my truck looks brand new :)

I was really upset when my car window was smashed and even more so when I realized there was also damage to the inside of the car and the window frame. My Kia dealer set up the appointment with Boyd. When I arrived Robin greeted me and assured me that all would be taken care of and I would have to do nearly nothing. He was right, it went very smoothly and Boyd also took care of the cost of a rental car for me. Robin was very professional and kept me updated on the status of my car repairs. I would return back to Boyd if I had another issue with my vehicle.
