I'd like to thank you for doing such a great job on replacing the windshield. From walking into the unit to getting the car back within 3 hrs. No appointment were made. Great customer service from everyone especially the girl Samantha at the front desk. Not to mention about the car wash, it was professionally done inside out. It was so clean its compatible to any car wash places. Great Job guys!!

Great, friendly service. Actually went in a few days before, to get the windshield moulding that a car wash had "removed" with too much pressure, and was pleasantly surprised to get the "no charge" treatment! A day later a truck tire spat out a rock, and cracked my windshield, so back I went. The detailing done was almost worth the $200.00 deductible. A nice surprise to get such good service in this day and age! I would not hesitate to recommend this Boyds to any friend or family member. Kudos to Chris,Wendy and the whole gang. They even laughed at my bad jokes!

Rishi B. at the Richmond location was outstanding in providing a 5 Star performance with regards to my incident - he arranged for a tow and car rental within 3 hours of contacting him and the work that was done to fix my vehicle was done in a timely fashion and looks brand new.
