BC - 2663 Sooke Rd, Langford - 9/17/13

I had only had my brand new 2013 Toyota for 3 weeks when someone hit it in a grocery store parking lot and didn't leave their information. Needless to say I was beyond disappointed and frustrated to be paying my deductible before I had even made my first monthly loan payment. After talking to Wendy at Boyd on Sooke Road, I had calmed down quite a bit as she reassured me that they would be able to fix the scratches and dents as soon as possible. I have nothing but positive feedback for Boyd Autobody on Sooke Road. They were professional, efficient, friendly and kept me feeling confident that they were going to restore my brand new car back to it's original state. Having a courtesy car to help me get around during the repair added peace of mind to the entire experience. I would highly recommend Boyd to anyone and everyone!

"Hi There - not sure who will be reading this, but I imagine it would be some high-ranking official in the autobody repair world who judges the good, bad and the ugly of all repairs that go through Boyd. In any event, I'd like to let you, and anyone else who wants to know it, that this location in Richmond should score an A+++ for the repairs they did and customer service they provided when I chose to bring my 2007 Entourage in to them. I used to work customer service at an ICBC accredited shop myself in the past and I completely understand NOW why my managers and the owner, back then, always said "...we have to get this shop to earn the customer satisfactions scores that Boyd gets!" Which at that time I thought was unrealistic and almost impossible, but experiencing first-hand, this shop's high level of communication, ... attention to detail and genuine care for their customers, I realize that it is possible with a well run shop, a dedicated team and professionals who put the customer first. Thank you for restoring our family mobile back to its kid-hauling, aesthetically pleasing, and mobile state and most importantly thanks for giving us the care and attention you did for such a seemingly small job. I wish you and your team and Boyd Autobody and Glass in Richmond, BC all the best success and more satisfied and jubilant customers as my wife and I. Last month I had a minor collision leaving the passenger side of my car rough shape. As a student and a first time car owner, I was devastated and unsure what to do next. As an employee of Mayfair Lakes Golf and Country Club, I have had the privilege of getting to know Rishi Bakshi, the general manager of the Richmond location, thorough Boyd's event sponsorship around the Clubhouse. I have to honestly say that I had a great overall experience at this location. At all times the staff were friendly and accommodating. Rishi was helpful and communicative through the entire process. Prior to this incident, I had never had any body work done on my car and Rishi patiently answered all of my many questions about the process. Upon completion of the repairs I was impressed at the overall quality of the work, and the extra time they put in to detail ... the interior. It looks fantastic. Finally, as an individual working two jobs, I was unable to make it to the shop pick up my car during hours of operation. However, they assured me this was no problem at all and they went the extra mile to bring my vehicle to me. I had purchased a groupon, and took my car in to have a couple of chips looked at on the windshield. Rishi Bakshi, the general manager, not only did a wonderful job filling in the chips on my windshield, but was also very friendly and personable. This was my first experience with Boyd Autobody and Glass, and I would definitely return there with other car issues. -Jennifer Smith

They were extremely friendly and helpful. I honestly can't think of anything they could have done to make this experience more pleasant, and I don't say things like that easily. I would recommend this location to a friend.

The team at Vancouver Boyd was amazing. The job was a simple tailgate replacement, but there was some confusion involving the fleet company and insurance company. No fault whatsoever of Boyd's. The team was great at keeping me appraised of where things stood regarding the repair status and approvals, and as soon as fleet and insurance got on the same page, the repair was completed promptly. I never felt out of the loop or lost for information. I would choose Boyd Vancouver again solely based on the customer service.
