"I went in Friday, July 12th and an employee named Gale looked at my car which I thought had a major scratch/dent on it. He looked at it and he suggested we try something . He rubbed a compound on it and the scratch disappeared. I was so happy that I did not have to leave my car and it was not going to cost me my deductible. Gale provided me with fantastic service. From now on, anytime I need work done on my car or my families cars, I will come here. I will also recommend this shop to all my friends. Gale should be "Employee of the Month". Thank you-Barry"

The guys at the Bridgeport location were super courteous in dealing with 2 of my vehicles with front windshield chips. Even though it was a promotional service, it tells me they will be the place to go to with our next collision service and repair. Thanks, guys. -- Ken

I work in the pharmaceutical industry and see doctors waiting rooms less maintained then the offices at W73rd. Not everyone notices this but to me the extra steps taken portray a business that is professional and cares about it's customers. Robin was also a pleasure to deal with, I would never have expected this from an auto body shop but many businesses could learn from their business model. Would highly recommend them.

Fantastic service Friendly, and convenient I was unable to pick up my car because I didn't have a babysitter so they brought the car to me. Also the car looked great. It was spotless inside and out. Way better than the Honda dealership! I will definitely be returning. Thanks again Julie

Absolutely super service and workmanship with Boyds. I have dealt with Boyds a few times over the past two decades and have always been more than satisfied.
