I was rear ended a few weeks ago and took my CRV in to Boyd for repairs. They were very professional, helpful and thorough. I was provided with a loaner vehicle which was very helpful as I needed to get around. They did a wonderful job repairing my vehicle and I was amazed that I had it back in my possession in less than a week. It looked like new again and was washed and vacuumed. It looked so great it almost made up for the disappointment I felt about the damage to my almost new SUV. The gentleman who I dealt with was Larry McKenzie. I hope you realize what a valuable associate you have working for you as he went out of his way to make me feel like a valued customer.

Excellent customer service from fast delivery of courtesy car, to friendly driver who helped me with the child carseats, to email updates (which I've never had before from any car-related service!). Our repair was completed faster than expected and it was overall a great experience., thank you!

"I went in Friday, July 12th and an employee named Gale looked at my car which I thought had a major scratch/dent on it. He looked at it and he suggested we try something . He rubbed a compound on it and the scratch disappeared. I was so happy that I did not have to leave my car and it was not going to cost me my deductible. Gale provided me with fantastic service. From now on, anytime I need work done on my car or my families cars, I will come here. I will also recommend this shop to all my friends. Gale should be "Employee of the Month". Thank you-Barry"

I work in the pharmaceutical industry and see doctors waiting rooms less maintained then the offices at W73rd. Not everyone notices this but to me the extra steps taken portray a business that is professional and cares about it's customers. Robin was also a pleasure to deal with, I would never have expected this from an auto body shop but many businesses could learn from their business model. Would highly recommend them.
