The service I have received from Boyd's on W. 73rd on all 3 occasions that I have needed has been great. Rose at the front counter is great and very patient in dealing with the insurance companies. The quality of the repairs has been very good on all 3 times that I was hit on different locations of the car. As good as their work is I am hoping not to have to see them again anytime soon. ; )

Estimate was quick, detailed, and explained fully. I got a second quote from the dealer and it was over $250 more at Suburban. I had the work done at Boyd and the job was completed on time, on budget, and to my complete satisfaction. I would recommend to a friend.

I was rear ended a few weeks ago and took my CRV in to Boyd for repairs. They were very professional, helpful and thorough. I was provided with a loaner vehicle which was very helpful as I needed to get around. They did a wonderful job repairing my vehicle and I was amazed that I had it back in my possession in less than a week. It looked like new again and was washed and vacuumed. It looked so great it almost made up for the disappointment I felt about the damage to my almost new SUV. The gentleman who I dealt with was Larry McKenzie. I hope you realize what a valuable associate you have working for you as he went out of his way to make me feel like a valued customer.

Excellent customer service from fast delivery of courtesy car, to friendly driver who helped me with the child carseats, to email updates (which I've never had before from any car-related service!). Our repair was completed faster than expected and it was overall a great experience., thank you!
