This was the second time in less than one month that I had experienced damage to my vehicle and because of the superb service I received the first time around from Rishi and his team at Boyd, I insisted that I be able to bring my car back to repair a shattered side window. Once again, the service I received and the timeliness of the repair was wonderful. They are very friendly, informative and helpful shop and I would not hesitate to use them again (hopefully not too soon :-)) or recommend them to others.

The quality of repair that this facility is outstanding. A while back my car was vandalized and the autobody shop I took it to did a horrible job of fixing the damage. Till this day, you can see where the car was painted and it has a dull finish to it. I recently took my car to Rishi at Body after being rear ended. It looks as if there wasnt any damage done there before! Amazing workmanship. He was patient and helpful from start to finish. Body also offered me a courtesy car and returned my car in a timely fashion. I definitely recommend taking you vehicle there to get repaired. Great Service! A+

Just picked up my car today and was completely happy with the work that was done. Robin and his staff were extremely courteous and professional. The quote I was provided with was accurate, and came under by between $200 - $400 less than 2 other estimates I received from other auto body shops. The paint match and finish was exact, and the car smelled clean and fresh when I picked it up. I give this body shop a 10+ out of 10!

This was my third experience at Boyd Richmond. Rishi's always setting the bar higher and higher. Once again, service and work was way above expectations. With many autobody shops around the area, with the service at boyd's its a clear choice as to which shop to choose. My car looks like i picked it up from a showroom this afternoon. Rishi definitely adds a special touch to each car I've brought to him. Great shop, even greater management. Five Star Rated Autobody.

Imagine getting to you car and finding one entire tire stolen, lug nuts and all. It is a lousy start to the day! Trust me. The roadside assistance guy put my spare on, borrowing 2 nuts from one of the other tires. He also told me there was damage to the body and so I ended up at Boyd. I was none too happy but Mandy Melchert helped me in such a kind and considerate way that it restored my faith in humanity. She even went and got some lug nuts at my dealership so I could safely drive the car over for a new tire. Everyone I met Boyd was courteous, kind and caring, which, to me, indicates a caring attitude toward the work to be done. As it turned out my car didn't need body work, and I hope it never will, but if it ever does, Boyd's the place I'll go. You have my wreck-ommendation. Thanks Mandy.

From their warm reception, frequent updates about the status of the job, arrangement of a rental vehicle, to the completion of the repair, everything was perfect. The service I have received from Boyd's on W. 73rd on all 3 occasions that I have needed has been great. Rose at the front counter is great and very patient in dealing with the insurance companies. The quality of the repairs has been very good on all 3 times that I was hit on different locations of the car. As good as their work is I am hoping not to have to see them again anytime soon. ; )

Estimate was quick, detailed, and explained fully. I got a second quote from the dealer and it was over $250 more at Suburban. I had the work done at Boyd and the job was completed on time, on budget, and to my complete satisfaction. I would recommend to a friend.
