I want to thank Robin Soni and the Manager at the Vancouver Boyd Autobody for their fast, efficient, and very friendly service on Wednesday August 7,2013. We had a windshield crack from a trip to Sask. and needed it repaired ASAP so that my husband could get to work. We were running late and they graciously fit us in to the schedule. We used our groupon and within 5 min., we were finished and ready to go. Excellent!! It was one of the few things that went well for us that day so would just like to say thanks and see you in the future when the need arises!

I had a great experience at this location. They were very quick and courteous. The manager, Robin took time to explain how the window repair works to answer all my questions in a very kind manner even he was busy. I'm very satisfied, I would definately recommend Boyd glass repair to my friends.

"I just returned from collecting my car at your 3rd Avenue New Westminster outlet.My car appeared as new and the workmanship on the repairs was excellent. It matched the service received from the time I first entered the office. Mandy and the second girl (apologies for not knowing her name) gave me outstanding service. And my car was ready in the "time quoted". The "enterprise department" was the same. Abbas did the initial work and brought me the courtesy car. When I returned the car, it was the same! I could continue but you should know I would not hesitate to recommend BOYD - which is a positive statement!"

1) estimate: quick and efficient, took place on a Saturday - and it was free! 2) scheduling work: easily scheduled, efficient, completed easily over the phone 3) work -- drop-off & pick-up -- TOO easy ! The convenience of a car -- a presentable car -- REALLY helped immensely. I haven't had a lot of bodywork done over the years, but this was far and away the BEST experience I've ever had with this type of thing. I will DEFINITELY recommend Boyd to others, and definitely look to return when I have other bodywork/glasswork troubles. Refreshing -- I am so used to places that list reasons why something CAN'T be done, and I didn't get that here -- excellent work.

Car looks like new, I couldn't be happier. Did both body and glass work. Very few businesses nowadays understand that they have to earn repeat business. Boyd staff clearly understand that. My Honda CRV trunk got hit by my garage door last night, and I was very upset as this is my favorite car. Today I took my car to a big auto body shop and they told me to replace the low part of the trunk with cost estimate of around $400. Then I drove my car to Boyd Autobody & Glass at 1221 Bridgeport Road Richmond to get second opinion. The amazing part is that I did not ask for the fix directly, but instead I asked them to take a look and give me an estimate. 20 minutes later, the assistant manager Russell Frost told me that my car is fixed without any charge. It is unbelievable to me at that moment. I am so thankful to Mr Frost and the technician whom fixed my car. This is the auto body shop I would like to recommend to everyone.
