Fortunately it has been years since I required work done on my vehicle but unfortunately I had some recent body damage that required repairs. I automatically recalled my previous experience with Boyd & Robin Soni at the Vancouver location and without hestitation gave Robin a call. I have worked in the service industry for over 20 years and can confidently say that I understand what it takes to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Once again Robin has exceeded my expectations from start to finish on how he assisted me through the process, from the initial estimation process to final payment. His responses to questions via phone calls or emails were immediate. It didn't feel as if i was dealing with a 'business' but rather I was working with a friend who cared about helping me out. I was very pleased with the service I received from Robin and the quality of the repair done to my vehicle. I was worried because of the amount of suspension damage my vehicle sustained, but the car drives like new after the repair. I would highly recommend this shop.

I would like to thank the staff at Vancouver BC location for doing such a great job on my car soo efficiently. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was explained about the repair process so well and the quality of workmanship done on my car was really good. Rose from front desk kept me informed and updated of the status on the repairs as she had promised. As per my request my car was ready in less time than would have been needed. I was explained about the repairs done and my car was given to me very well cleaned up. The staff are very friendly and helpful and I would definitely go back again if the need arises. Highly recommend it to anyone without doubt. Thank you so much, I am a happy customer:)

I went to Boyd in Richmond a couple Saturdays ago and wanted to get a quote to repair my rear bumper. Samantha the customer service representative offered to polish some of the scratch marks off. While I was waiting, she even offered me coffee and turned on the TV while I wait. After 20 minutes, the gentlemen who polished my rear bumper was able to polished the blue scratch marks. They also gave me a complimentary car wash. I was amazed by the customer service that I received and also Samantha was very accommodating, professional and last but not the least very friendly. This experience exceeded my expectation and went above and beyond. It is really rare to receive good customer service now a day. If I need anything for my vehicle, I will insist to Boyd ~ Thank you:)

Our service was a minor buff job and to replace the broken antenna assembly. We are very please with the friendly and professional service we received from both Robin and Rose. They treated us no less then one with major auto damages requiring extensive repairs. In our opinion, they both deserve a Gold Star from the 111 West 73rd Ave, management. I want to thank Robin Soni and the Manager at the Vancouver Boyd Autobody for their fast, efficient, and very friendly service on Wednesday August 7,2013. We had a windshield crack from a trip to Sask. and needed it repaired ASAP so that my husband could get to work. We were running late and they graciously fit us in to the schedule. We used our groupon and within 5 min., we were finished and ready to go. Excellent!! It was one of the few things that went well for us that day so would just like to say thanks and see you in the future when the need arises!

"I just returned from collecting my car at your 3rd Avenue New Westminster outlet.My car appeared as new and the workmanship on the repairs was excellent. It matched the service received from the time I first entered the office. Mandy and the second girl (apologies for not knowing her name) gave me outstanding service. And my car was ready in the "time quoted". The "enterprise department" was the same. Abbas did the initial work and brought me the courtesy car. When I returned the car, it was the same! I could continue but you should know I would not hesitate to recommend BOYD - which is a positive statement!"

1) estimate: quick and efficient, took place on a Saturday - and it was free! 2) scheduling work: easily scheduled, efficient, completed easily over the phone 3) work -- drop-off & pick-up -- TOO easy ! The convenience of a car -- a presentable car -- REALLY helped immensely. I haven't had a lot of bodywork done over the years, but this was far and away the BEST experience I've ever had with this type of thing. I will DEFINITELY recommend Boyd to others, and definitely look to return when I have other bodywork/glasswork troubles. Refreshing -- I am so used to places that list reasons why something CAN'T be done, and I didn't get that here -- excellent work.
