"It is 10:40 am and I have been driving around Richmond since 8:30 am trying to find an auto shop that could repair my trunk so that it wouldn't leak on a family camping trip. As soon as I walked into Boyd,. i was met by Rishi who asked how my day was going and of course I said, " Not so great, I've been 15 shops this morning and no one can help me until Monday." Rishi was kind enough to say, "Well, that's probably the case here, but I'm a Certified Technician, so give me about 15 minutes while I deal with another customer and I will see if I can do a quick fix so you can go on your trip tomorrow." Once Rishi came back, my trunk was repaired within a few minutes and he gave me the good news that he wouldn't charge me. It's too bad I didn't make Boyd my first stop. Lesson learned. We came for a rock chip repair, we didn't have a groupon coupon , but Rishi look over the chip on the car and said it was a quick fix and didn't charge us at all. We had great friendly and caring service. Next time if any friends need any auto or glass repair we would tell them to come to Boyd in Richmond and see Rishi . We would come back in the future for any car problem. We check the feed back on the website and heard all the good comments and Rishi and decided to come to this location, we could have gone to the Vancouver location which is closer, but we decided to come to Richmond instead with all the feed backs.

I RECEIVED EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM RUSSELL FROST( ASSISTANT MANAGER ) AND SAMANTHA TAN( CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ). THEY WERE VERY EFFECIENT AND TOOK ALL MY WORRIES AWAY BY PROMPTLY ARRANGING FOR A RENTAL CAR. MY TOYOTA YARIS WAS TAKEN IN FOR REPAIRS AND RETURNED AS GOOD AS NEW ON AUGUST/15/2013 ON SCHEDULE. MY CAR WAS WASHED AND VACCUMED INSIDE PLUS THE FLOOR MATS WERE WASHED. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE LEVEL OF SERVICE AND WILL ALWAYS RECOMMEND BOYD TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

Fortunately it has been years since I required work done on my vehicle but unfortunately I had some recent body damage that required repairs. I automatically recalled my previous experience with Boyd & Robin Soni at the Vancouver location and without hestitation gave Robin a call. I have worked in the service industry for over 20 years and can confidently say that I understand what it takes to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Once again Robin has exceeded my expectations from start to finish on how he assisted me through the process, from the initial estimation process to final payment. His responses to questions via phone calls or emails were immediate. It didn't feel as if i was dealing with a 'business' but rather I was working with a friend who cared about helping me out. I was very pleased with the service I received from Robin and the quality of the repair done to my vehicle. I was worried because of the amount of suspension damage my vehicle sustained, but the car drives like new after the repair. I would highly recommend this shop.

I would like to thank the staff at Vancouver BC location for doing such a great job on my car soo efficiently. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was explained about the repair process so well and the quality of workmanship done on my car was really good. Rose from front desk kept me informed and updated of the status on the repairs as she had promised. As per my request my car was ready in less time than would have been needed. I was explained about the repairs done and my car was given to me very well cleaned up. The staff are very friendly and helpful and I would definitely go back again if the need arises. Highly recommend it to anyone without doubt. Thank you so much, I am a happy customer:)

I went to Boyd in Richmond a couple Saturdays ago and wanted to get a quote to repair my rear bumper. Samantha the customer service representative offered to polish some of the scratch marks off. While I was waiting, she even offered me coffee and turned on the TV while I wait. After 20 minutes, the gentlemen who polished my rear bumper was able to polished the blue scratch marks. They also gave me a complimentary car wash. I was amazed by the customer service that I received and also Samantha was very accommodating, professional and last but not the least very friendly. This experience exceeded my expectation and went above and beyond. It is really rare to receive good customer service now a day. If I need anything for my vehicle, I will insist to Boyd ~ Thank you:)

Our service was a minor buff job and to replace the broken antenna assembly. We are very please with the friendly and professional service we received from both Robin and Rose. They treated us no less then one with major auto damages requiring extensive repairs. In our opinion, they both deserve a Gold Star from the 111 West 73rd Ave, management.
