I had glass and autobody work done from an accident. The customer service was absolutely second to none! I can't thank all the foks at the West 73rd location enough for all of htheir efforts, the service was truly amazing. Professional, courteous, fast, and everyone went out of their way to make it as pleasant as possible. Thank you so much for the friendly and quick service, Robin Soni! I especially appreciated your cooperation with your neighbour, Granville and Avery Automotive, where we were getting other work done. Having two young children in tow, and a million things to organize before the start of the school year, it was so helpful not to have to come in myself to transfer our car from one place to the other. Thank you for making the process as easy as possible. And then to have the work done by the end of the same day and the car washed as well went beyond my expections. My husband and I are very pleased with the work and are happy to have you in our community (Marpole). We would definately return should we have further need of autobody or glass work and we will recommend the Marpole Boyd Autobody and Glass to our friends.

The staff I dealt with (Robin and Rose) went beyond my expected level of service. I was going out of town the next day and Rose was able to get me into a new courtesy car so my travel plans were not interrupted. My car had been towed to the dealership the night before and there was a big mix up about where my car actually was! Robin assured me he would sort it out and he did. I was offered a ride from the train to the shop in order to pick up the courtesy car and my car was fixed and spotless within 5 working days. I am impressed with the level of customer service and the friendly atmosphere at this shop. I would recommend them to anyone. Many thanks
