I would like to thank Jamie for always making sure things are right with my repairs. Boyd always have gone the extra mile to make sure I was a happy customer. If something was not to my liking they fix it and never complain. Today it is hard to find a business that truly look after their customer and I highly recommend this Boyd location for auto body repairs. Thank You to all the staff at Boyd.

I didn't want to get into painting a couple small dents if just pushing them out would be good enough. Robin understood, helped me avoid painting, warned me that I'd still be able to see minor damage, worked quickly, and saved me several hundred dollars and tying up my car for 3 days. I'm real pleased! I appreciate that he advised me of my options, told me realistically what to expect as opposed to pushing me into the full repair. I'll recommend him to others.

These guys provide the most outstanding service!!!! Very professional, very knowledgable and efficient. And they wash your car after;). We have been bringing our both cars (BMW and Hummer) to them for a few years now and would not take it anywhere else for body or glass services. I was very impressed with the service at Boyd Auto Body. I found them very professional: repairs done in a timely manner and excellent communication throughout the time was spent in the shop getting repaired. I especially appreciated the email I received while my car was in the shop, informing me of the progress of the repairs. They were very understanding and seemed sympathetic of my situation with the possibility of my car being written off by the insurance company. The manager assured me that he would drive down and pick up a brand new replacement bike wrack, and offered to install it onto the car once the repairs had been completed. Not only did they do the repairs on the vehicle, they also went out of their way to recycle some old pillows I had in the trunk. And, of course, I really appreciated the excellent vacuum and car wash jobs. ... I was impressed with them four years ago, and, again, this second time round. Should I get fall victim again to another accident , I would definitely return to Boyd Autobody. Keep up the great work! read more

I needed a small repair to my rear bumper, and Robin at Boyd Vancouver made sure the vehicle was repaired and returned to me on the same day. In addition to providing me with a more than adequate courtesy car, Robin and his team at Boyd made certain my car was returned cleaned and vacuumed, which was a nice surprise. The service was friendly, efficient, and good-humoured. I would recommend Boyd in a heartbeat, and most certainly return there myself (though I hope I never have to, if you know what I mean).

Robin and Rose were very helpfull through out the whole proccess from booking my appointment, organizing a rental car and getting my car back to me on time. They were both very proffesional and Boyd is very lucky to have such dedicated employees that take their jobs serious. I will definitly be comming back when I get into my next accident, I almost cant wait... Hopefully this gets back to them so they know what a great job they are doing. Thank you, James McGregor
