I needed a small repair to my rear bumper, and Robin at Boyd Vancouver made sure the vehicle was repaired and returned to me on the same day. In addition to providing me with a more than adequate courtesy car, Robin and his team at Boyd made certain my car was returned cleaned and vacuumed, which was a nice surprise. The service was friendly, efficient, and good-humoured. I would recommend Boyd in a heartbeat, and most certainly return there myself (though I hope I never have to, if you know what I mean).

Thanks to Tom Allard and staff for doing a great job in replacing a door on my mazda. I was impressed that even the inside of the car had been cleaned and vacuumed. I would recommend this shop.

After a recent collision repair on my car, I had to return it to Boyd in Langley to have it repainted. It was no fault of the dealership because they used the code that was on my car to mix the paint. They gladly repainted it with the same professional, exemlary service that I recieved at my first visit. I would not hesitate to return to this shop (hopefully I won't have to!!) should I require their services in the future. Boyd Autobody and Glass should be very proud indeed to have someone like Neil Cardinal providing such great service to it's customers. I would recommend this shop to anyone!!

Estimates were close to the final bill, kept me posted with the process of my repair, dealt with the courtesy car/insurance process and overall great customer service. I would recommend Boyd at Bridgeport to any of my friends and family. Thanks again to Rishi for taking care of my car and myself - much appreciated.

Robin provided great customer service on everything from taking my car without an appointment, giving me a ride to the Canada line, prompt information on when my car would be ready, to follow up even after my car was completed. Very impressed Boyd! People like Robin make the experience of a car accident less painful!

Just a quick note to say the Russell at Boyd was fabulous in providing great customer service this past week. My car was in the shop for several days. It was returned in top shape inside and out. He was courteous, informative and responsive to my questions and concerns. Thanks Boyd...hopefully I won't need your services again for a while; but if I do, I won't hesitate to come back.

I had both collision repair and glass repair. I chose this shop because they do both. I had terrific service right from the start from Rose. She was very friendly and helpful, and knowledgeable what information she needed and where I could find that from ICBC. I called some shops closer to my home that said they could do the same repair, but I chose to leave my car with Boyd since I had such a good first impression, and very professional help. I did not have to wait for anything, drop off was smooth, the car was ready in time and I got a prompt phone call and I did not have to wait to pick my car up. The repair was well done and the car was nicely washed and vacuumed as an extra service.

Excellent service ,extremely professional ,very polite. Would highly recommend Boyd to any other people. Loaner car was excellent. Addressing people by their first name speaks highly of all staff. Keep up the GREAT service.
