Robin and Rose were very helpfull through out the whole proccess from booking my appointment, organizing a rental car and getting my car back to me on time. They were both very proffesional and Boyd is very lucky to have such dedicated employees that take their jobs serious. I will definitly be comming back when I get into my next accident, I almost cant wait... Hopefully this gets back to them so they know what a great job they are doing. Thank you, James McGregor

I was very impressed with the service at Boyd Auto Body. I found them very professional: repairs done in a timely manner and excellent communication throughout the time was spent in the shop getting repaired. I especially appreciated the email I received while my car was in the shop, informing me of the progress of the repairs. They were very understanding and seemed sympathetic of my situation with the possibility of my car being written off by the insurance company. The manager assured me that he would drive down and pick up a brand new replacement bike wrack, and offered to install it onto the car once the repairs had been completed. Not only did they do the repairs on the vehicle, they also went out of their way to recycle some old pillows I had in the trunk. And, of course, I really appreciated the excellent vacuum and car wash jobs. ... I was impressed with them four years ago, and, again, this second time round. Should I get fall victim again to another accident , I would definitely return to Boyd Autobody. Keep up the great work! read more

I needed a small repair to my rear bumper, and Robin at Boyd Vancouver made sure the vehicle was repaired and returned to me on the same day. In addition to providing me with a more than adequate courtesy car, Robin and his team at Boyd made certain my car was returned cleaned and vacuumed, which was a nice surprise. The service was friendly, efficient, and good-humoured. I would recommend Boyd in a heartbeat, and most certainly return there myself (though I hope I never have to, if you know what I mean).

After a recent collision repair on my car, I had to return it to Boyd in Langley to have it repainted. It was no fault of the dealership because they used the code that was on my car to mix the paint. They gladly repainted it with the same professional, exemlary service that I recieved at my first visit. I would not hesitate to return to this shop (hopefully I won't have to!!) should I require their services in the future. Boyd Autobody and Glass should be very proud indeed to have someone like Neil Cardinal providing such great service to it's customers. I would recommend this shop to anyone!!

Estimates were close to the final bill, kept me posted with the process of my repair, dealt with the courtesy car/insurance process and overall great customer service. Robin provided great customer service on everything from taking my car without an appointment, giving me a ride to the Canada line, prompt information on when my car would be ready, to follow up even after my car was completed. Very impressed Boyd! People like Robin make the experience of a car accident less painful!

Just a quick note to say the Russell at Boyd was fabulous in providing great customer service this past week. My car was in the shop for several days. It was returned in top shape inside and out. He was courteous, informative and responsive to my questions and concerns. Thanks Boyd...hopefully I won't need your services again for a while; but if I do, I won't hesitate to come back.
