Rose and Jason were great. This whole process was easy and quick and very customer focused. Hopefully, I won't need collision repair service again but if I ever do, I'm coming back to Boyd.

As usual, the service was excellent!! I loved the fact that the rental car was brought to the Boyd location. It saved me a lot of time. I am very busy so was very appreciative of that. Not only was the work done on my car excellent but the ongoing updates were appreciated. Robin and the team did a great job.....just like last time.

"Their motto should be "at speedy we care" ... This phrase says it all, fast, efficient with great customer service. I came in, the damage was quickly assessed, when I brought the car in for the window replacement 2days later, I was driven home, then picked up. The time was earlier than promised. Kind and caring! Rose, Robin, Mike....you are terrific.....incredible service! You will certainly be recommended!"

Great service, my car was shiny and looking like it was new, was not expecting the car to be washed and cleaned inside and out. A very nice surprise, plus I forgot a parcel in the courtesy car and was contacted right away to let me know it was there to be picked up. i would recommend Boyd to anyone who needs car repairs. I had an incredible experience at this location. I had already had a terrible morning (my vehicle wouldn't start) and I noticed that my rearview mirror had fallen off. I was on my way to a very important interview and needed the job done quickly. Not only were the staff hugely helpful, they were very kind to me (seeing that I was very anxious about getting to my meeting on time). They immediately re-stick my mirror up AND did it for no cost. I was blown away. Receiving such kind treatment was unexpected but delightful. I will most definitely be returning to this location for services in the future. Best experience I could have expected!

Excellent service provided by Rose and Robin and others from my initial call on. Other autobody shops wanted to see the car first before committing to repair it but Boyd on 73rd said they didn't need to, which saved me an extra trip. Other shops I contacted had longer wait times before my car could be fixed. Dropping my car off and getting a courtesy car went smoothly. I appreciated Rose calling after a couple of days to let me know that the repair was proceeding well and I could expect my car to be ready at the specified time, if not before. My car was ready a day early and looks beautiful!!! Will definitely recommend this shop to others. Appreciated the courteousness and professional demeanor of everyone who worked there. And, again, my car looks great!

I have never been treated so good at a service center before. I walked in and the girl said last name,I told her and Larry whom I had been dealing with on the phone for 2 days knew who I was right away. My car was washed and vacuumed to perfection [and it was a mess before I brought it in] thank you to whom ever did that for me. If there was an award to be given to the most polite person I have had any encounters with in the last 20 years or so it would be Larry from Abbotsford Boyd autobody Thank you for your time and kindness

Everyone I dealt with (Jason, Robin and Rose) were excellent and all three went over and above what was expected. Jason and Robin helped me with my baby car seat. Robin took my car in immediately and my vehicle was ready as promised. Jason contacted me to keep me in the loop and even agreed to have a small rock chip touched up. Rose volunteered to take care of some paper work on my behalf. Would definitely recommend this Boyd location.

Very pleasant staff. Rose was a pleasure to deal with. She provided prompt service & looked after all my needs. Just one small thing - some particles of glass were left behind in the driver's side pocket & catchment area near the gear shift.
