Robin, Rose and staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. They really look after their customers. They kept me informed throughout the enire process regarding my repairs as well as doing an excellent job. This is the second time I have used their services for an ICBC claim. I will always use Boyd and will continue to recommend to anyone requiring autobody repairs.

"The service was superb right from the first contact on the phone. I was very impressed with Jamie Walton - very professional, efficient and "on it". He explained everything to me and called me a day or so after dropping the car off to give me an update. Michelle was quick and efficient and very pleasant to deal with. What seemed like a nightmare to deal with initially turned out to be nothing to worry about - because the staff at Boyd made it easy and painless. The work they did on the car was beautiful - nobody would ever know that my car had had a bump!"

Robin Soni of Boyd was very accommodating with my claim process. I came by with the car and he booked me in as soon as possible. I was out of town while the repairs were being done and he even offered to meet me at the shop on a Sunday upon my return in case I needed the care. This was unfortunately the second time in a year and half I have have to bring my car in for major work, and both times the people at the New West Boyd were fantastic. They really went above and beyond with their service and extra help! I can't recommend them enough. Terry really went out of his way for me on a couple of things, and I so very much appreciate his help getting my car back on the road quickly, and as cheaply as possible!

I was very impressed with the customer service provided by the company today. I had my front windshielf replaced for flying rock damage. Upon request, my car was delivered to my home (5 min away) with two workers (the manager Robin, and technician Ron), one driving my car to return to me, the other a return vehicle for themselves. I was able to sign the completed work form when my car was dropped off to me, and thus able to go to work without missing more time. The office manage Rose was also instrumental in making this convenience happen. Job well done by all! Thank you. I will recomennd this company to others. Cheryl B. PS--And above this...the car was cleaned and vaccumed (something completely unexpected, and very much appreciated!)

My new Audi was recently in an accident and was damaged all down the passenger side. I brought it in to Rishi at Boyd in Richmond as he was highly reccomended by some friends. WOW. From the time I called him to the time I picked up my car on a Sunday ! I was assured my car was in great hands. Not only did Rishi pick up my Audi from Kits are but he came to work and opened the shop on sunday to accomodate my arrival back from my holiday and had the car shined up and ready to go. I can honestly say that this has been the most painless auto experience I have ever had. Rishi took the time to guide me through the claim process as it was my first accident in a very long time. When I came to get the car, it looked brand new and I could tell it was polished or buffed because i don't remember ever having the paint look that good. All in all I want ... to thank the staff and the people who did the work on my car for an amazing job. Samantha was very pleasant on the phone and made the paperwork easy. I will not hesitate to reccommend this shop to my friends and family as they truly go above and beyond. To top it off..... I had a small scuff on my bumper and I asked Rishi if he could help so I brought it in to him on the long weekend and he took care of it himself..... on his day off.
