I was very impressed with the customer service provided by the company today. I had my front windshielf replaced for flying rock damage. Upon request, my car was delivered to my home (5 min away) with two workers (the manager Robin, and technician Ron), one driving my car to return to me, the other a return vehicle for themselves. I was able to sign the completed work form when my car was dropped off to me, and thus able to go to work without missing more time. The office manage Rose was also instrumental in making this convenience happen. Job well done by all! Thank you. I will recomennd this company to others. Cheryl B. My new Audi was recently in an accident and was damaged all down the passenger side. I brought it in to Rishi at Boyd in Richmond as he was highly reccomended by some friends. WOW. From the time I called him to the time I picked up my car on a Sunday ! I was assured my car was in great hands. Not only did Rishi pick up my Audi from Kits are but he came to work and opened the shop on sunday to accomodate my arrival back from my holiday and had the car shined up and ready to go. I can honestly say that this has been the most painless auto experience I have ever had. Rishi took the time to guide me through the claim process as it was my first accident in a very long time. When I came to get the car, it looked brand new and I could tell it was polished or buffed because i don't remember ever having the paint look that good. All in all I want ... to thank the staff and the people who did the work on my car for an amazing job. Samantha was very pleasant on the phone and made the paperwork easy. I will not hesitate to reccommend this shop to my friends and family as they truly go above and beyond. To top it off..... I had a small scuff on my bumper and I asked Rishi if he could help so I brought it in to him on the long weekend and he took care of it himself..... on his day off. My car looks so good you need to put your sunglasses on. As I drove it home, I was looking around the interior, thinking, did they scrub the inside? Yes, pretty much. Very, very impressed. Thank you for such a nice job!

Excellent service! I was involved in a rear-end collision and went to Boyd Autobody & Glass to have the damage looked at. They took the car in for a bumper replacement (among a couple of other things that needed repair) and I was given their courtesy Corolla. 3 days went by and my car was done. It looks outstanding! I couldn't be happier. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone involved in accident.

"I was very impressed with the "ease" of service. The operations manager not only met me at my dealership, somehow managed to pick the correct vehicle for me to drive ,and when he saw I was having difficulty backing out . . . .guided me through! All involved were professional, courteous and diligent. As a person with limited time, I really appreciated the lack of "hassle" and no need for individual follow up on my part. I would not hesitate to become a customer again if the need arises!"

robin was amazing from start to finish - we were on a deadline and needed autobody work done within 48hrs - out of the 4 places I called, he was the only one that responded via email within the hour! he fit us in for an early morning appt, greeted us before we'd even parked, and when we picked it up (2hrs sooner than expected), it was vacummed and washed. i would highly recommend him and his team -not only for the fast and friendly service, with all the little extra's but he when the other 3 places I'd called finally returned my call, his rate had beat all of them signficantly - we've found our new autobody with boyd vancouver westside!

Great service, very friendly staff, absolutely no complaints. I brought my car in in the morning for a windshield replacement. They took care of the paperwork for ICBC, dropped me off back at work and finished the job before the day was done. Would definitely come again.
