I very much appreciated the ability to drop off and pick up our truck after hours and his willingness to accommodate our schedule. The workmanship of the repair was also excellent. Excellent service! I was involved in a rear-end collision and went to Boyd Autobody & Glass to have the damage looked at. They took the car in for a bumper replacement (among a couple of other things that needed repair) and I was given their courtesy Corolla. 3 days went by and my car was done. It looks outstanding! I couldn't be happier. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone involved in accident.

"I was very impressed with the "ease" of service. The operations manager not only met me at my dealership, somehow managed to pick the correct vehicle for me to drive ,and when he saw I was having difficulty backing out . . . .guided me through! All involved were professional, courteous and diligent. As a person with limited time, I really appreciated the lack of "hassle" and no need for individual follow up on my part. I would not hesitate to become a customer again if the need arises!"

robin was amazing from start to finish - we were on a deadline and needed autobody work done within 48hrs - out of the 4 places I called, he was the only one that responded via email within the hour! he fit us in for an early morning appt, greeted us before we'd even parked, and when we picked it up (2hrs sooner than expected), it was vacummed and washed. i would highly recommend him and his team -not only for the fast and friendly service, with all the little extra's but he when the other 3 places I'd called finally returned my call, his rate had beat all of them signficantly - we've found our new autobody with boyd vancouver westside!

Great service, very friendly staff, absolutely no complaints. I brought my car in in the morning for a windshield replacement. They took care of the paperwork for ICBC, dropped me off back at work and finished the job before the day was done. Would definitely come again.

While I was there you phoned and ordered the parts and on Friday it was all done. You went the extra mile over the fog-lamp saving me considerably and I am very appreciative. Thank you.
