My experience with Boyd was wonderful. The repairs were phenomenal on my vehicle, couldn't be any more pleased. I was in good hands right from when I handed my keys over. What really had impressed me was the time of the repairs. They booked me in right away and had my car back to me asap!! Thank you everyone at BOYD.

It's not a pleasant situation when someone else is to blame for the damage to your car and then because of the age of your car they tell you it's a "write off"! The service was excellent. My older model car (Toyota Camry) was repaired quickly and looks perfect. I really appreciated the use of a courtesy car while the work was being done. I will definately recommend Boyd's Autobody when anyone I know needs work done on their car. Thank you very much..

My driver's side view mirror glass smashed to the ground as I was driving home yesterday after work. I needed to replace it, so I called my Saab Service & Mechanic guy who estimated it would cost me $200 just for parts and they didn't even have any in stock. He told me to contact an autoglass shop and see if they can help me. Luckily while driving to work the next morning, I passed by the Boyd location on West 73rd Avenue. I called them up immediately and spoke to Robin, Manager. The guy doesn't even take a lunch break, because he told me to bring my car in around noon so he can have a look at it and see what could be done. After a few phone calls and meeting with his parts/service guy John, they suggested I take my car to Anvil Glass (Boyd's counterpart) on Yukon Street to see Dave. Within 20 mins I had my Saab car mirror glass ... replaced and what originally went from being a $200 part only cost me $20. Now that's affordable service I can depend on. Thank you Robin, John and Dave for going beyond your expected customer service standards and for leaving me with a positive experience. You have a repeat customer for life. read more

I first met Glen on the assessment of damage day. He was polite, professional and warm. He was also easy going and reassuring. He took great car of my vehicle. On the day of car pick up, Scott showed me the repair. They Did a great job. They clearly went above and beyond. I could not believe how clean my car was on the inside and outside. This experience was amazing. I will definitely be going to Glen and Scott for any repairs. Lastly, Michelle the front desk woman was organized and friendly. She handles herself well under stress. I appreciated her quick replies back to my emails!! Thank for Boyd for being so professional and kind.

Excellent Service. Staff was courteous, listened carefully and responded to my issues. Rose and Robin Soni were exceptional in their customer service. My vehicle was repaired on time with excellent work and no problems. My wife and I were fully satisfied and more.....
