"I took my car in to the New Westminster Boyd location on April 22/13 for repairs to minor damage to my front bumper. I was a "repeat customer", as I had some more major work done there a few years ago, and had been very pleased with the work and the services. This time, on my arrival I was given very prompt, friendly and efficient service by both Chelsea (the customer service rep) and the service manager. The work was done by April 24/13, as promised, and I was totally happy with it As an "extra", my car had been detailed, which I certainly hadn't expected. All in all it was as good as a car-repair experience can be. would give the New Westminster Boyd people a 10 out of 10 for their good service and good work, and will certainly recommend them to my family and friends."

As always, service at Boyd was impeccable from start to finish. Robin is a great manager and Rose a great admin person. Everything is so hassle free after I dropped my car. Before I knew it, my FJ was ready for pick up and was looking good again. The job was done within our specifications and timeline. Robin even delivered it to my home, which was a very big help! We will definitely return to Boyd in the future for any repairs. As a matter of fact, our other car is already slated for glass repairs very soon. Thank you Boyd! Robin, Rose and team, you rock!

From the moment I called reception and talked to Samantha until I picked up my truck the next day I received excellent service- My estimator Mandy was extremely courteous and her crew worked very hard to get my truck ready in one day. My driver's side view mirror glass smashed to the ground as I was driving home yesterday after work. I needed to replace it, so I called my Saab Service & Mechanic guy who estimated it would cost me $200 just for parts and they didn't even have any in stock. He told me to contact an auto glass shop and see if they can help me. Luckily while driving to work the next morning, I passed by the Boyd location on West 73rd Avenue. I called them up immediately and spoke to Robin Soni, Manager. The guy doesn't even take a lunch break, because he told me to bring my car in around noon so he can have a look at it and see what could be done. After a few phone calls and meeting with his Autobody Technician, John, they suggested I take my car to Anvil Glass (Boyd's counterpart) on Yukon Street to see Dave. My wife needed her windshield repaired and got GREAT customer service from the staff. The job was done well and in a timely fashion. Prices are reasonable and I would definately come here again.

Great service by all the staff . From the young Manager who co-ordinated my repair , to Rose who signed the guarantee for the work , and all the techs who worked on my car . They only had my Van for 2 1/2 days . The work was completed quickly , and to a very high standard. It was cleaned way above where it normally is .
