The personnel at Boyd were excellent. I had a front end collision and the hood was damage along with the lights. They did an excellent job on the repairs and went above and beyond the call of duty. Customer service was excellent and I would not hesitate to come back again for any type of service.

Here at Boyd Richmond on Good Friday morning.... nobody is open including this shop however I had a question about my windshield/ rock chip. I was driving by and saw a few cars outside and some ppl. When I arrived and asked if they were open the guy said we are closed but I will help you. He was in on the stat holiday to help some customers pick up their vehicles. I was blown away at this as NOBODY opens on a long weekend for this type of service. After waiting for about 5 mins the nice guy came over and helped answer my questions about repairing my windshield. Unfortunately the crack was too far gone... since I was there he offered to give me a quote on some bumper damage i had. The quote was very reasonable and I will consider fixing it at a later time. I had my car broken into last sunday and the glass was shattered. I had the opportunity to take my car to Rishi (after previously taking my moms car there for some bodywork). Needless to say, I received the same great service as before. He promptly scheduled me in and got my car back to me within two days. The best part was, he came into the shop on Friday(which was a holiday - Easter Weekend) just to let me pickup my car. Awesome Service - will definitely bring my cars to him again!

Eight years ago Boyd Victoria repaired major body damage to my Acura Integra after a rear end collision. That repair was done excellently. This week I discovered water leakage into the spare tire well under the rear hatchback deck. When I took the car to Boyd Victoria they inspected the well and predicted that the seals around the tail lights might be leaking . They gave me a loaner car on the spot and kept my car for repair. The next morning I was surprised to receive a phone cal that the car was repaired - as predicted. I was even more surprised when they informed me that the repair was gratis! The staff whom I dealt with were courteous and very helpful. I am again impressed with the Boyd service and would certainly recommend Boyd to any of my friends who might need body work or glass replacement. Tony McCullough

My experience with Boyd Auto-body was very delightful! The front office staff was helpful & knowledgeable. They answered all my questions I had with the repairs. They have gone above and beyond with the repairs, even fixing my back window moulding that was not related to the claim with no extra charge! Not only were the repairs outstanding, they had gone and fully detailed the inside as well. If asked, I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

I had my car repaired at Dean Brothers, Boyd Autobody and Glass in Vancouver BC last week and wanted to comment on the super service I received there. Robin Soni, the manager, went above and beyond to get my car repaired and ready for me on a very tight timeline, as I had to return to my home in the Okanagan Valley. I was very impressed with the friendliness, professional manner and customer service at this location and will not hesitate to use Boyd Autobody shops again in the future.
