After being in a motor vehicle accident I was apprehensive about taking my truck to get repaired, because I am extremely picky and didn’t think my truck would look as it did before the accident. However after doing some research and having all my questions answered by Rishi Bakshi, at BOYD Autobody and Glass in Richmond, I decided this was the team I was going to choose to repair my truck. He genuinely listened to my concerns and went above and beyond his duties to make the process as stress-free as possible for me. From beginning to end he demonstrated exceptional customer service. When my vehicle arrived at the Autobody and he had assessed the damages, he called me to inform me of all the work that they would need to do to make it safe to drive again. He also took the time to arrange a rental car for me. This truly made me feel like a ... valued customer. Throughout the week I didn’t have to call and nag for updates on the progress of the repairs, Rishi would call/email me every step of the way keeping me informed. This seems like a minute detail but when you’re injured and dealing with ICBC it is one less thing that you have to keep in mind. When I went to go pick up my truck, Rishi went over all the repairs with me in depth and allowed me the time to take a look over all the work that was done. The repairs showed quality workmanship, there were no details that were overlooked. Rishi also said that if there was anything that I felt wasn’t right that I could bring it in without any troubles at any time. Chose this company based on positive reviews on the net and wasn’t disappointed. Needless to say the repair job was outstanding (the car looked better than new), the process was simple and painless, but most importantly I was very impressed with the staff’s professional and at the same time friendly attitude. It felt like VIP treatment. The manager, Rishi Bakshi, was very helpful. Thank you. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

Rishi was great--friendly, informative, and fixed my rock chip for free. He also recommended someone at a dealership to give me a good deal on a new car. I will keep this experience in mind for future repairs and recommendations to friends. The girls in the office were friendly as well and offered me coffee/tea and provided me with the TV remote while I waited. The repair was done very quickly.

I went to Boyd thinking Ill show my truck, they'll get back to me and thought the process would take some time. I was literally in and out within 15 minutes. They provided me with a courtesy car right away which I wasn't expecting. Larry at the front desk was very courteous. He was very quick to give me a timeline on when to expect my truck back and I actually got it back a day earlier than expected. He even went out of his way to help me with some non collision related issues along the way. I would highly recommend this place as they are very courteous and provide excellent care for their customers.

If there was one positive in having a tree branch fall on my car, it was the Incredible service I received from start to finish at Boyd. I was thoroughly impressed with how efficiently and how well everything was done - from pre-ordering parts before the car even arrived so that the repairs could be carried out quickly, to washing and vacuuming the car after the work was done. Even the oil change reminder sticker from the smashed windshield was salvaged and placed on the new one! Considering the extent of what needed to be done, the turnaround time was amazingly quick as well. I am grateful for and appreciative of the excellent treatment and service I received from Boyd at 1111 W.73rd, Vancouver. I would recommend them highly and without hesitation.
