As bad as it is getting into an accident going to this location of Boyd is one of the more plesant experiences that I have had. I found everyone very freindly, helpful and professional. If ever I am in need of these services I will definately be back.

Super Service! I have used this Boyd Autobody on many occassions, both for my business vehicles and my personal vehicles. Larry and all the staff are always friendly courteous and very efficient and professional. I have never driven away from Boyd without being 100% satisfied.

I have been coming to the Boyd Autobody location on W.73rd in Vancouver BC for the past 6 years or so. I have to say that the service that I have received has been STELLAR! I have come in 4 times and every time I have been greeted by extremely friendly staff and the customer service has been great! The most recent time I had to go in was due to a broken rear windshield. The process that I would normally have to go through was going to be a headache as my windshield was broken due to a police incident and an act of vandalism. I was going to have to go through ICBC for my claim. I would have had to pay for the whole repair up front and ask for a reimbursement from ICBC. But Rose Kumar (who was my contact at Boyd) kept me informed throughout the whole process. She was even so proactive that she contacted ICBC to have the claim pre authorized ... so that I would only have to pay my deductible instead of the whole repair job! Customer service like this is what makes me keep coming back. This is why I think the folks at Boyd deserve huge KUDOS! Thanks again and I hope you keep up the great work!!! Dave Wu read more

"I recently had an incident with my GMC Terrain at a gas station which would involve some paintwork. I made an appt with Rishi and had an estimate done. It has been many years since I have needed collision work. The process was quick and easy. I returned to the shop a few days later to have my vehicle repaired. It was ready in 2 days and returned to me in showroom condition. I was amazed at the care taken in not only fixing my truck but the level of customer service I received in the office at Boyd. The 2 girls, Samantha and Mandy were cheerful, helpful and very informative. The staff at Boyd Richmond made an annoying situation very easy to deal with. Coming to this shop was an interesting scenario...... In 1997 I remember coming to this very building to drop my son Rishi off with his tools as this was his first job in the industry ... as a detailer/apprentice. Today he is the GM in this very building for a great company. He has assembled a great team and they deliver great service!! From the very moment I walked in the door at this location I was completely impressed. Samantha at reception was very warm and friendly. After having been in an accident and dealing with the insurance company Samantha was very reassuring. When my car was dropped off, a rental car was pre-arranged for me. Rishi and Samantha were both very friendly and professional. They took the time to explain everything they needed to do to my car. Where I work we give out People First awards for outstanding customer service, and for going above and beyond what is required. If you have an award such as this or even close to it, Rishi and Samantha should have it given to them. Vacuuming the inside, and washing and waxing the outside of my car was not necessary, but was very much appreciated. Rishi took the time to let me inspect the repairs done to my ... vehicle and made sure I was satisfied before signing the invoice. He also took the time to explain all the repairs that were done to my car. I don't know if any of the above mentioned are standard procedure, but to me they went above and beyond. Robin Soni provided outstanding customer service! My insurance provider was not going to repair all of the damage and he went above and beyond to help make sure that everything was fixed properly and I couldn't be happier with the results. They are always very friendly and helpful at this location, it will definitely be my first choice should I ever need this service again. Thanks Robin!

I experienced quick and friendly service at all times, and would really like to thank Jamie for his dedication to helping me and answering my questions.
