I am writing this feedback to express my gratitude for the excellent customer I received from boyd autobody, particularly from Rishi Bakshi. Rishi and the Biyd team went out of their way to accomodate my strenuous schedule. Rishi was extremely knowledgeable and went of his way to proved transportation for me to and from work. Furthermore, when icbc was difficult in proving an additional claim for my glass repair, Rishi did everything in his power to receive the claim. Lastly, Rishi and the boyd team were prompt in their turnaround by providing same day service to accomodate schedule. please see that the team and Rishi are recognized for their outstanding service. In my previous services with this location I have been very pleased with the service (both front end as well as the repairs themselves). I wasn't disappointed this time. The quality of work is great and the front staff are very friendly and helpful. While I don't want to have need for repairs, if I do need them, I know where I'll go for service. Thank you.

After having an accident between my own 1991 Buick and my 1992 Oldsmobile I was disappointed that the Buick was to be written off but pleased that the Oldsmobile was able to be repaired. Both vehicles had very low mileage and were in particularly good condition before the accident. Your staff went to some length to ensure that top quality repair parts were obtained to complete the repairs with original parts, returning my 'collectors item' to great as new condition. I am very pleased with the work done and the treatment I received all along..

Fred and his team were amazing! They went way above and beyond all my expectations. I was dealing with a stolen work truck ( the way that I make my livelihood) and Fred was always willing to help make the process as smooth as possible. He even went as far as helping me deal with my decal guy and make sure we had the right measurements for the crew cab window decals. He made dealing with ICBC( which is normally a pain in the ass) a breeze. I would recommend Boyd on 73rd st in VAncouver to everyone I know! Thanks Fred and the team at Boyd!

Professional, courteous and great service!! Robin and Rose are very kind and helpful. I appreciated their organization and I felt that that they were on the ball! This is my second time using Boyd Autobody (same location) and the service has been consistent both times. I thought that this location was a family run business because the service has been so great.

I am happy that INTACT chose Boyd Auto Body for me to do the repairs at - they ( Michelle ) was very polite and patient from the very 1st call that I received. Her professionalism speaks volume for the company. Glenn Hartle, the operations Manager came out from his office to greet and ensure that I was fully taken of and that was very assuring - being in a repair shop for the very 1st time !! I felt that my car and I were being well taken care of. I was totally impressed that I am willing to highly recommend Boyd Auto Body at John St to anyone who would need any repair services done.

"My Son's car was involved in an accident, 1 day before he was leaving for 7 weeks. To help him out I (living in Ontario) called around to several body shops in the Langford area to get someone to go look at his car and provide me with an estimate. Chris at Boyd on Sooke Road in Langford went that day, gave me an estimate that was extremely lower than the other shops. I was putting my blind faith in a company and person I have never met. Chris went above and beyond what I ever expected from a Body shop. He and Wendy and the rest of the staff have kept me up to date, stayed within the estimated price and the car looks absolutely amazing! I "highly" recommend Boyd Autobody & Glass to anyone in the Victoria area looking for car repairs. Kudo's to all at Boyds, You are all AMAZING!!"

Good Morning, I just pick up my 2007 TOYOTA MATRIX I am so pleased ,it looks like it just came off the show room floor.Terry Kinamore of The New Westminster Boyd office, looked after my Claim and gave me such excellent customer service,in a day and age when customer service is almost non existent,it is refreshing to say the least,My neighbour is wanting some body work done on his vehical, so for sure I'm giving him Terry's business card so he can get the same Excellant service that I got. I recently had my windshield replaced and the service was amazing. They took care of all of the paperwork and they completed the work exactly in the time that they stated (and called me immediately upon completion). They even washed the car inside and out.
