Did a great job, the car looks great. Had a little issue that turned out to be a burnt out lightbulb so wasn't technically their problem. They took care of it right away and checked all the other lights for me just in case anyway. Wonderful service, wonderful product. I would recommend them anytime.

Just wanted to let you know about a great experience we had with your Richmond facility. Both my husband and I have had our cars in to this location, one for collision repair and one for glass repair. The staff were so personable and friendly, while providing a timely and professional repair job. Rishi Backshi, the manager there, is our new standard as an example of excellent customer service. He did an amazing job facilitating and communicating every step of the process, and his team obviously works well under his leadership. Great job!

Rishi was incredible from the time I called he made sure every detail was taken care of. Rishi made sure the car was ready when our family came back from our vacation. Nothing was left undone Rishi even arranged to have our car detailed inside and out. I would not hesitate to recommend Rishi and Boyd auto body to anyone else

great service friendly staff , had a problem with install they were provided a replacement car for the evening and repaired the damage - referred to company by friends at Mayfair Lakes where the owner has sponsored and event and i was lucky enough to win a draw as a side note am in the Auto repair business and now will use your service instead of my regular installer overall experience was excellent thanks

I delt with Rishi Bakshi at the Richmond Location and just wanted to give a little feedback on the service i recived from the shop and Rishi. I was refered to Rishi through a freind and he did not dissapoint, they went above and beyond my expectations, everything went extremely smooth from the handling of the claim all the way to the return of my vehicle. I was very happy with my vehicle as it looked as good as new. I am a Realtor here in Richmond and had a nice Chat with Rishi and wanted to let you know that he has my business from here on in, and anyone else that may need help he will have my recomendation. You should give Rose a bonus. She went out of her way to get me booked in, the glass ordered and everything ready to go - before I'd even made an appointment! (You'll have to ask her for the details.) Then she looked after a little bit of maintenance on my truck, which she didn't need to do, but did. She told me I needed a new cabin air filter, because of an infestation of small critters, and looked after that for me. She was very helpful, and I appreciate it. Doug Harrison

Excellent, wonderful service! Rishi Bakshi did an outstanding work! More work was done to my vehicle than was claimed. It was ready the very next day before the long weekend, very professionally. Moreover; they washed, vacuumed, and cleaned my car inside out - an amazing surprise! They also replaced a broken license plate frame for free. On top of that; Rishi gave me his cell phone number, so that I could call him after work hours and he would go back to work on Friday evening and return my car when I was back from my work at 7:00 PM. This is my first time experience at Boyd. A receptionist prepared my file while talking to me on the phone, so I did not spend any time dropping off my car. I will now recommend Boyd 12211 on Bridgeport in Richmond to my friends, family, and anyone I know. Thank you, Rishi, very much again, Iza.

Fast and excellent repair service! Very professional and provided great communication. Mr. Robin Soni, kept me informed all the way about how long it would take and when i could get my car back. The repairs were amazing.!! I really could not tell that the right door of my vehicle had ever been repaired. Also a courtesy car was provided me for convenience while my car was being repaired. I'm very happy and satisfied! Thank you guys you were all brilliant!!!

Dealing with Rishi, it was clear he understood reputations are hard to build but easy to destroy. His explanations and pleasant attitude were apparent throughout the process. The front end staff and courtesy driver were very polite and friendly without being insincere. In addition to the customer service, the workmanship itself also exceeded expectations. I can confidently recommend this location.
