I have never had such great service before. All my questions were answered in detail and all the information I needed was provided to me with specifics when I called. I didn't feel unsure or doubtful of the service I was getting. Everyone in the office was so nice and friendly, they had someone drive me to work as I left my vehicle there for the day to get fixed, and he even offered to pick me up after. Rose Kumar is awesome. I received a message the next day to make sure I got my car ok and that I was happy with everything. I have recommended Boyd to everyone I work with. Thank you so much Rose.

I was in a car accident and chose Boyd Autobody to repair my car. Unfortunately, it was not repairable and ended up being written off by ICBC. However, I found everyone I dealt with there to be extremely nice and helpful - especially Robin Soni. I would definitely come back to this location if I ever found myself in a situation like this again.

excellent in terms of helpfulness and going out of the way tp accomadate my insureds . The shop will stay open over a Saturday, so that if there is a non drive the insured is able to be looked after- also the staff is cheerful, very pleasant and prompt attention is given , both to me as an adjsuter and my insured whenever I deal with the shop- it is always a relief to send one of my more difficult insured's to Rishi as I am confident he is able to calm the insd and do it takes to get the job done to their satisfaction

Excellent service provided by Rishi Bakshi who had the car picked up, repaired, detailed and returned in record time. Our COO commented on how easy and convenient the process was and how grateful he was to have everything done so quickly and professionally, with no disruption to his busy schedule. Outstanding service. Robin was very welcoming, careful and efficient. He made me feel that I was valued as a customer and that he would do everything possible on my behalf to set things to rights. Everything went very smoothly and the car was ready when promised, looking great. After a very bad experience with Speedy Glass on the previous day, (long story, but essentially made an appointment that was not honoured), it was refreshing to see this done the way it should be done. I was very pleased by the service I recieved at your body shop. I was referred to your location by a friend due to exceptional customer service. The gentleman I dealt with was kind and pleasant, Rishi Bakshi. I brought my husbands work truck in for a simple windshield repair and was surprised when I picked up the vehicle. Not only was the windshield fixed but the truck looked like a brand new vehicle. It was cleaned inside and out! I was very very impressed. The truck was in pretty bad shape and I appreciated that he went up and beyond by detailing the vehicle when it was only in for a windshield change. I will highly recommend this location to all my friends and family. Thank you.

Hello, Just wanted let you know about a great experience I’ve had at Richmond Boyd body shop.Upon entering the store I was greeted by one of the manger Rish (I think that’s how you spell his name), he helped me also gave some good suggestions. Later on when I picked up the car I was approached by Rish again, and this is where I could see true dedication to car repair and customer service, he took the time to explain how the work was done and also add on super shiny car wash. A Big Thank to his great customer service. OUTSTANDING !!

Just wanted to say THANK YOU to all the staff for the highly professional service I received. A special thank you to Michelle who went the extra mile to arrange alternate car arrangements that allowed for me to drop off the rental at the airport and pick it up on the way back (making a family trip that much easier to coordinate). Also, it was SOOO nice to have a spotless clean (inside/out) vehicle back (especially since it wasn't that way when I dropped it off - thanks to kids/soccer/life!). Highly recommend anyone to see this location. Thanks again to all who were involved.

The quality of customer care and service from the people at Boyd Autobody & Glass was exceptional on every level. They went the extra mile in every aspect of their service and in performing the tasks at hand. They very capably did everything that they said they would and did it with a willingness and eagerness that is rare indeed. The operations manager, Rishi Bakshi, was incredibly helpful and also gave me future advice about proper care of my car. The entire staff was very kind and helpful.. I also remember the names of Matt and Samantha, who were a pleasure and shows the impression that they have left on me. They returned my car to me on time, entirely washed and polished and I have never been as satisfied from such service as yet. I have already referred 2 of my friends to Boyd Auotobody & Glass and will gladly do so again.

I would like to thank the Bridgeport Boyd Group for providing me with excellent customer service while my car was at their facility after a collision. Rishi Bakshi kept me well informed of the work that was being done to my vehichle and also provided me with continuous updated on the timelines. He also delivered my vehichle when it was ready to my home personally and went over all the work that was done to my car in detail so I fully understood all the items on the documentation that was provided. I will most definitely recommend Bridgeport Boyd to all my family and friends. Thank you Rishi Bakshi and the Boyd Group for doing a wonderful job on my car and the excellent customer service!!

Collision repair and windshield replacement on corporate truck: The repairs were completed on time (quicker than expected); staff was friendly and professional; and communication was excellent. Our corporate trucks see almost constant use and are difficult to replace with a rental. Having a quick turn-around with updates on the progress made my life a lot easier. Thanks to the Boyd staff for turning an unpleasant event into a satisfying experience.

The Folks at Abbotsford Boyd Autobody & Glass were so helpful I wanted to make sure I let the company know, especially Larry. I went in yesterday after a hit and run on my car and they were knowledgable, kind, prompt - a great experience the whole way through. My 2 year old son even enjoy the coloring pagaes and toys that were available there for him to play with and keep him occupied during the repair.

Wow, what impressive service. Right from the first phone call, I was treated with such respect, The manager Rishi was ordering parts for my Fiat, while we were on the phone to get the process started. Thanks so much to the folks at Boyd for excellent service. I had my driver's side window repaired. They not only did a great job on the repair, they also looked into a couple of other issues I mentioned to them. And the service was great. It was wonderful to have the courtesy car and the staff stayed a couple of minutes late so I could return it at the end of my day. They made everything very easy for me and that is why I will use them again and recommend them to others.
