Absolutely wonderful service. These guys/girls were very professional and helpful. They took the time to explain everything. Boyd provided a loaner car while I waited to get my car looked at. Wish my car hadn't been a write off as I'm sure they would have done a great job fixing it. Definitely know where I will go next time when I need an auto body or glass shop! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family/friends!

I was very pleased with the people and the work done.... They are friendly, courteous and deal with customers as though they really care. Boyd did and awesome job on the repairs, I was very happy with it... I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends...I would return should the need arise....

Brought my truck after doing some offroading and having my passenger side running board ripped off. Scott a Boyd in Maple Ridge was really helpful as was the tech from the shop who came out and checked out my truck. They told me it would be a simple repair and it was which was total plus for me.... and they didn't even charge me!! I appreciate the effort from Scott and the guys and if I ever need repairs in the future I will definitely be going to Boyd Autobody in Maple Ridge. Thanks guys!!! Chris

My name is Erin McLeod and I am a proud bronze medalist from the 2012 London Olympics women's soccer team. I brought my car to Rishi Bakshi, at Boyd, once I got back from the tournament because my car, coming from Ontario, didn't pass the BC inspection test. There was a lot of damage to the front left side of my car and I had to leave it (afraid to drive it in BC) at my uncle's place until I was in town. Rishi, from Boyd Autobody and Glass in Richmond had a tow truck pick up my car, he called me personally to go over damages and details of my car and when I was in town he arranged a rental car for me to drive in the city while my car was in the shop. I brought the car in on Tuesday, and I was surprised that the car is ready on Thursday. The service is great and extremely efficient. Staff is nice and cheerful, especially Rose. I highly recommend Boyd to all my friends.

I can only say that the service I received was beyond exceptional. Rishi and his team were informative, and kind. They updated me during the process of the repairs (something I was really not expecting), but by which I was truly impressed. I just want to say thank you...the car's doing great (and I don't think it's looked this sparkly in months)! Dropped off my car late Monday and repairs were started right away. Car was ready the next day, washed and vacuumed. The repair quality was second to none and it looked like my bumper was not even involved in a collision! Rishi Bakshi the operations manager was very professional and offered us a deal that no one could walk away from. He even fixed other damages unrelated to my original repair quote free of charge. There was more damage than originally quoted but he made everything easier, financially wise since it was a private repair. Recommended him to a couple of my friends who will need repairs to their vehicles. I drove all the way from Surrey so it's quite a bit of a drive but it was worth every penny. "The Manager and staff are incredible. Rishi Bakshi has given "service" a whole new definition. From the first phone call to book an appointment until the time I received my car back, Rishi could not have done anything more for me. He told me he would take care of everything and he did. I left feeling that my car was in good hands. I received 2 subsequent calls to give me updates and my car looks absolutely wonderful! Boyd Autobody and glass is the only car place I will now go! I worked directly with Rishi and he took care of all the details - everything from arranging a tow truck to pick up my car, to setting up a rental car for the time my car was being worked on, to finding me the best parts, best price, and quality service. He followed up with emails and calls to ensure the quality of the repair and keeping me informed on the work being done. He explained at length the damage to my car and what was necessary to make my car safe to drive. He eliminated all unnecessary costs and was a pleasure to work with. Both my husband and myself were extremely pleased with the first class service provided by Boyd Autobody & Glass. Robin SONI initially indicated that the car would be ready on Thurs. or Fri. True to his word it was ready Thurs. We appreciate the fact that they washed and thoroughly cleaned the car--removed ALL the broken glass which was scattered throughout the interior. I was really impressed with the service I received from Boyd. What I appreciated most was the email updates I got on my car. I always knew what was going on and I was kept up to date on when the car would be ready for pick-up. I also really appreciated the offer to drop my car off at work when it was done. I have to say, my expectations were exceeded thanks to the exceptional service I received from them. If I am ever in need of glass or collision repairs again I will definitely use them. You can bet I will be telling friends and family about my exceptional experience.
