I would like to thank the Bridgeport Boyd Group for providing me with excellent customer service while my car was at their facility after a collision. Rishi Bakshi kept me well informed of the work that was being done to my vehichle and also provided me with continuous updated on the timelines. He also delivered my vehichle when it was ready to my home personally and went over all the work that was done to my car in detail so I fully understood all the items on the documentation that was provided. I will most definitely recommend Bridgeport Boyd to all my family and friends. Thank you Rishi Bakshi and the Boyd Group for doing a wonderful job on my car and the excellent customer service!!

Collision repair and windshield replacement on corporate truck: The repairs were completed on time (quicker than expected); staff was friendly and professional; and communication was excellent. Our corporate trucks see almost constant use and are difficult to replace with a rental. Having a quick turn-around with updates on the progress made my life a lot easier. Thanks to the Boyd staff for turning an unpleasant event into a satisfying experience.

The Folks at Abbotsford Boyd Autobody & Glass were so helpful I wanted to make sure I let the company know, especially Larry. I went in yesterday after a hit and run on my car and they were knowledgable, kind, prompt - a great experience the whole way through. My 2 year old son even enjoy the coloring pagaes and toys that were available there for him to play with and keep him occupied during the repair.

Wow, what impressive service. Right from the first phone call, I was treated with such respect, The manager Rishi was ordering parts for my Fiat, while we were on the phone to get the process started. I was constantly assured and felt ease and weight from the situation instantly lifted from my shoulders. HANDS DOWN, THIS HAS BEEN THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIANCE OF MY LIFE!!

Thanks so much to the folks at Boyd for excellent service. I had my driver's side window repaired. They not only did a great job on the repair, they also looked into a couple of other issues I mentioned to them. And the service was great. It was wonderful to have the courtesy car and the staff stayed a couple of minutes late so I could return it at the end of my day. They made everything very easy for me and that is why I will use them again and recommend them to others.

Absolutely wonderful service. These guys/girls were very professional and helpful. They took the time to explain everything. Boyd provided a loaner car while I waited to get my car looked at. Wish my car hadn't been a write off as I'm sure they would have done a great job fixing it. Definitely know where I will go next time when I need an auto body or glass shop! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family/friends!

I was very pleased with the people and the work done.... They are friendly, courteous and deal with customers as though they really care. Boyd did and awesome job on the repairs, I was very happy with it... I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends...I would return should the need arise....

Brought my truck after doing some offroading and having my passenger side running board ripped off. Scott a Boyd in Maple Ridge was really helpful as was the tech from the shop who came out and checked out my truck. They told me it would be a simple repair and it was which was total plus for me.... and they didn't even charge me!! I appreciate the effort from Scott and the guys and if I ever need repairs in the future I will definitely be going to Boyd Autobody in Maple Ridge. Thanks guys!!! Chris

My name is Erin McLeod and I am a proud bronze medalist from the 2012 London Olympics women's soccer team. I brought my car to Rishi Bakshi, at Boyd, once I got back from the tournament because my car, coming from Ontario, didn't pass the BC inspection test. There was a lot of damage to the front left side of my car and I had to leave it (afraid to drive it in BC) at my uncle's place until I was in town. Rishi, from Boyd Autobody and Glass in Richmond had a tow truck pick up my car, he called me personally to go over damages and details of my car and when I was in town he arranged a rental car for me to drive in the city while my car was in the shop. I brought the car in on Tuesday, and I was surprised that the car is ready on Thursday. The service is great and extremely efficient. Staff is nice and cheerful, especially Rose. I highly recommend Boyd to all my friends.

I can only say that the service I received was beyond exceptional. Rishi and his team were informative, and kind. They updated me during the process of the repairs (something I was really not expecting), but by which I was truly impressed. I just want to say thank you...the car's doing great (and I don't think it's looked this sparkly in months)! Dropped off my car late Monday and repairs were started right away. Car was ready the next day, washed and vacuumed. The repair quality was second to none and it looked like my bumper was not even involved in a collision! Rishi Bakshi the operations manager was very professional and offered us a deal that no one could walk away from. He even fixed other damages unrelated to my original repair quote free of charge. There was more damage than originally quoted but he made everything easier, financially wise since it was a private repair. Recommended him to a couple of my friends who will need repairs to their vehicles. I drove all the way from Surrey so it's quite a bit of a drive but it was worth every penny. "The Manager and staff are incredible. Rishi Bakshi has given "service" a whole new definition. From the first phone call to book an appointment until the time I received my car back, Rishi could not have done anything more for me. He told me he would take care of everything and he did. I left feeling that my car was in good hands. I received 2 subsequent calls to give me updates and my car looks absolutely wonderful!
