BC - 2663 Sooke Rd, Langford - 9/26/12
This was my third occasion to use this auto body shop and just like the two other occasions, I can only give the staff there maximum marks in every category of consumer service and satisfaction. They are very friendly and helpful and make the entire exercise of having your vehicle repaired as painless as possible. And to top it all off, their work is simply first class. In sum, Boyd Auitobody & Glass on Sooke Road, is a class act of very competent and consumer sensitive employees.

The service I recieved was Amazing!!! I dropped off my car at 10 am and it was finished a little after 2 pm (To repair the window). They worked hard to keep the cost low and the service I recieved was exemplary. It's the second time I've brought my car to them and I would not hesistate to do it again.

I am from Los Angeles and was visiting a friend in the vancouver area. I happened to notice my car had some odd spots on it after the long drive so I took it into this shop and spoke to a very nice guy named Rishi. He had a look at it and advised me the spots may have been from freshly paved roads and thankfully he advised me that I would not have to repaint my bumper.... It was a saturday and there were no mechanics working but he took my car to the back and 15 mins later the black spots were gone! Best of all was that he didn't charge me anything!!! I didnt think this kind of service existed anymore.

Excellent Service !!!! This is my 2nd visit to this location mainly due to the fact of the first class service provide by the staff. (especially the manager Rishi) He goes out of his way to provide exceptional service and does not overlook any details. I dropped my Range Rover for a new windshield not knowing exactly what to expect and it was simpler than I thought thanks to Rishi and his team. Not only did i get a factory windshield but my truck looked brand new when Rishi personally brought it back to my home as part of his valet service. Thanks to Rishi and his staff for a job well done. My friends and family will hear about this for sure.

Informative and welcoming staff, excellent service to meet customer needs. I had very good experience to have my car repaired with this shop. I recommend this body shop to everyone. Robin Soni is very nice person; I still remember that many years ago, even if I did not have anything to repair and went to the body shop and asked him question, he gave me sound advice.

I have dealt with your shop twice now this year. Once for a large repair after hitting a deer on my way to work, and a second time for a more minor cosmetic repair. I am very happy with the service I received, both from Wendy Sanderson at the front desk who made a stressful situation much easier to deal with - and also the excellent work done by the people in the shop. I only know one of their names, Chris, but they all seemed genuinely interested in making things right for me. I am impressed. Thank you.

Thank you so much ! I was at first worried that the paint colour wasn't going to match my new BMW but You guys have done such a fantastic job that i thought i have to write a feedback. After inquiring the nature of our collision repair, he immediately came out of the shop with us to have a visual inspection of the damage, and gave a brief explanation of the work to be performed. Although we did not book an appointment, Rishi offered to take in our car right away and offered a complimentary courtesy car service, which picked us up from the Richmond shop directly to the rental car company. As promised, our car was ready for pick-up the next day. The Richmond shop delivered hassle-free, efficient, quality service which significantly exceeded our expectations. If anyone needs collision repair service, Boyd at Richmond would be our top recommendation. Thanks for the excellent service!
