My car was in an accidetn and when i called Boyd to set up an appointment they were very accomidating and told me to come in the next day to do an estimate. I received a call that afternoon saying i could bring my car in the next day for repairs and would have it back by the weekend. They were so fast at Boyd on 73rd. The were happy to help and drove me to the rental car compnay to have a car. They even did a follow up call during the day to see if we made it to work ok in the rental. I have never had such great service. Robin Soni was terrifc he did all the following up and made the whole process so easy and smoothly. I would definatley go back.

I received top quality service from the employees at the Richmond boyd location. I was especially grateful to the manager, who went out of his way to accommodate me by having his staff fix my rear bumper when they were already fixing my front bumper. I was amazed to pick up my vehicle and find it looking like new as the staff had detailed it to such a high standard. Thank you Boyd.

I want to thank Robin @ Anvil Glass for coordinating with Boyd Maple Ridge on a windshield replacement on my 2001 Oldsmobile Silhoutte. Anvil provided the mobile service. This replacement was a customer direct pay and Robin went out of his way to make sure the job was done professionally. He called to explain what additionally work they would be doing to prevent possible leakage and installed new wiper blades at no cost. In regards to Boyds; they called me to confirm repairs completed and when I went to pickup my vehicle, it had all been washed and cleaned. I will continue to recommend Boyd`s Autobody as our preferred vendor. Thanx again

While any auto collision can be traumatic, Rishi and his team (Matt and Carmen) did a fantastic job in make the post-accident experience as bright as possible - from the smiles upon entry to their shop, to the proactive communication throughout the process, to the work that they did to restore my vehicle. I hope I don't get involved in any accidents in the future; however, if I do (or if someone should require repair services), I would be happy to recommend the team at Boyd Autobody on Bridgeport in Richmond!

I came in to Boyd Richmond with my mom as a reccomendation from her friend to have the door glass on my 1992 honda accord replaced. Rishi helped me out and saved me a bunch of money. He was courteous enough to replace the glass without using my claim as it was cheaper than going through insurance. I wouldn't have known about this if he didnt take the time to explain it and get me a better price. My glass was replaced and Rishi had his staff clean all of the glass and the whole car for me. I will definitely reccomend Boyd Richmond to my friends.

We are very happy with the service we received from all at the Richmond Autobody Shop on Bridgeport. After our collision, we were unsure of who to go to, our mechanics at Columbia Chrysler suggested Boyd on Bridgeport. We are very happy they did. Everyone at Boyd kept the communications open by calling us throughout the process of the repairs. When we received the vehicle, it was cleaned and looking good. The vehicle drives well. I just wanted to take the time to thank all of the staff from Boyd Richmond, special thanks to the Rishi the General Manager. I have never used a Boyd Shop previously but I was pleasantly surprised with the excellent customer service and quality of workmanship on my Honda Accord. Not only was it fixed beyond my expectations but it was delivered to me by Rishi shiny and clean looking as if it was brand new. His professional manner and attention to detail was excellent and it was done so quickly. Thanks Rishi and thank you Boyd.

They did a great job on the repair for the bumper. I had work done there a few times and always happy with the result. The office staff were very helpful with the ICBC claim and explaining the repair. Thank you very much for not only washing the outside of the car they also cleaned the inside. I am pleased with their service.

Once again my wife and I received timely service from Matt and Rishi and the car was impeccable when we received the following day, also washed/vacuumed inside/out. Being a very picky person, I have absolutely no complaints, as a matter of fact my 8 year old vehicle looks like it just came off the lot. the car was fixed properly,and looks like brand new. They also fixed the scratches on my hood lid. In addition, the final bill is less than I expected..
