Excellent customer service right from the minute I walked in the door until the time I picked up my vehicle, and it was finished one day earlier than expected. All the staff were great, but Wendy Anderson was absolutely fantastic, and made the whole experience totally stress free. I would certainly highly recommend this to others, and would certainly take any other future business there. THANK YOU!!!

I can't say enough about Rishi and the crew at Boyd in Richmond. We bought our very first brand new car after 40+ years of driving and after only 365 k's driven we were rear ended. We had Boyd do the repairs due to the fact that they promised us that they would be all original Kia parts...no aftermarket ones. Being so new, parts were not readily available and some had to be ordered in from the factory. During that time there was very good communication in letting us know the progress of our vehicle. A few days after the repairs were completed, I noticed a slight flaw in the uphoulstry in the cargo compartment. I called Rishi and he said to bring it in at any time and they would see if we needed to make an appointment. I went in and they had a technician have a quick look and the fix was made in a matter of minutes. While I was waiting, I ... told Rishi about a problem I was having with Kia and their hesitance to replace a door decal that was damaged. (A case we are still not finished with Kia) He had a look and agreed with me that the damage was not due to anything we had done, but something wrong from the original installation. He was kind enough to order the new decal and replace it free of charge. They say the best advertising is 'word of mouth' , well the repair was just done last week and I bet I've told a dozen people about it, and there will definitely be more. I've had the pleasure being helped by Rishi Bakshi over the years at other body shops before relocating to Boyd. They definitely hired the right person to run this shop. My level of trust to follow Rishi is due to his consistent professionalism to look after my best-of-interest. "To those in charge I unfortunately had the need to visit this particular Boyd location twice recently. Normally such visits are not pleasant experiences and usually are hell on one's pocketbook. Not so with this location. Wendy and the two Chris' did everything in their power to ensure that I was given an exact, fair quote, provided with a "loaner"-which was ready to go when I arrived- and all delivered with empathy and smiles on their faces. Little things like the required paperwork being on the counter ready for signature when you arrive exhibit their detailed attention to service! If there is a better Boyd shop in the country I would be startled. These exemplary people provided me service above and beyond what one normally finds in todays service sector and I would and will recommend them to one and all who will listen! ... Kudos to them! We were extremely impressed with the fast and efficient service at the Richmond location. From the first phone call to inquire about services to the time we picked up our car, we received excellent service. All of the staff were pleasant and knowledgeable. You also can't beat the lifetime warranty! If we are unfortunate enough to need their services again, we will definitely be back. We highly recommend this location of Boyd.

"I was extremely pleased by the wonderful service that I received from Robin Soni, on Saturday, June 23rd, 2012. I realized that the office was closed on Saturday, but sent an email to Boyd's to inform them of my problem, and that my car was towed away by Busters before I had an opportunity to collect several things from my vehicle. I was NOT comfortable with it being towed to a storage lot. I reported this and all the details in my email. To my surprise a few minutes later I received a call from Robin, who graciously made arrangements to pick up my vehicle and move it for safe keeping to Boyd's location. Being on a Saturday, on short notice, I was relieved and thankful to receive this "above and beyond" service. We are new to Vancouver, having moved from Calgary, so I was not familiar with local arrangements, AND this is ... the very first claim I have ever had. THANK YOU ROBIN, AND THANK YOU BOYD'S. I have had 3 repairs done at Boyd on John st it has been very professional and the repairs have been exceptionally well done. The office staff (Michelle ) is highly professional and exceptionally knowledgable making an unpleasant task easy and non stressful. The car was return very clean and nothing was over looked to make it look like show room condition when i picked it up. The estimator Glenn check all details to make sure it was done to perfection. Operations Manager and staff was very friendly and very co-operative. Great Service and knew what the procedures for doing our collision claim. If there was a problem with the paint work and we were not satisfied. They took our car and re-do in a very reasonable time schedule. Not bad at all. Did our work in a very timely matter. Thanks and I would recommend their service.
