Fantastic service. I was promised my car by a certain time and they went out of their way to keep that promise. Everybody was helpful and friendly. The job looks great. I would definitely recommend Boyd to any of my friends. We are return customers from years ago when it was Dean Bros.

I'm thoroughly pleased with Robin and his staff! They are a friendly team that do great, prompt work. I left the lot with my car that was fully detailed and repaired. It felt like a new car... I will definitely return to this shop. =)

I brought my vehicle in for an oil/filter change yesterday and needed to have the front passenger-side door assessed for possible repair. I was informed that I might obtain an assessment from Boyd Autobody & glass nextdoor. Without any hesitation, Mr. Robin Soni -Operations Manager - came over to assess matters and upon completion of the servicing brought my car over to his shop for a closer look. The situtation was fixed forthwith and the vehicle washed - all without charge! All of which is to say that it is most gratifying to see that there are still a few companies who actually regard their customers as coming first.

A special thank you to Jeff and the team at your Richmond location. I brought my car in for a small repair to the back bumper. Jeff was nice enough to touch up a rather large unsightly scratch on the left back fender, and have the technician remove a small dent from the front bumper at no extra charge to me. Keep up the good work.

I received exceptional service from Boyd Autobody. They were helpful. They were thorough and efficient. They organized a rental car for me. My new bumper looks amazing. My car was cleaned better then I could ever do. The staff went beyond normal customer satisfaction. I wish they also provided regular car maintenance because I would not hesitate to go to them. They provide wonderful pain free service.

Once again I came to Boyd and received excellent service. I believe the managers name is Rishi and he went over and explained all the changes that needed to be made to fix the damages on my truck. I was told that my truck would be ready for the Monday but they finished well before that and were able to give me the truck on the Friday before that Monday. I will be "wreck-ommending" Boyd Richmond to anyone that I know that needs repairs on their vehicles.

We had some rock chips denting the hood/windshield of our car, and we decided to take it in to the Richmond Boyd earlier this week. We spoke with Rishi Bakshi, who was very helpful and not only fixed the rockchips free of charge, but even threw in a full car wash and cleaned the inside of the car too, also free. I was very impressed by the service and the cleaning staff were also very nice and thorough. This was a much better customer service experience than going to the dealership, and I will be sure to come by again. Thanks again.

I have never used your company before for any servicing at all, and was recommened by the person at Family Insurance when placing my claim with them. She had given me a few names of places in my area, and since yours was so close to where I work, Vancouver Airport, I decided to use you. I was very pleased when I picked my car up today after work, the repairs look good, the service was great, the Enterprise car rental was very convenient, and quick and easy to use, and to top it all off my car had been vacummed and washed! What a nice surprise that was, I thank you for your consideration, I do admit I was a little concerned at first, due to the fact I hadnt been there before, but it was excellent. I have been here a couple times before to have repairs done on my car and the service has always been wonderful. My car has been fixed in good time and the customer service has been friendly and professional. Its a great team that works here and I'm glad that I live close by otherwise I may not have chosen this body shop.
