BC - 1111 - 73rd Ave, Vancouver - 6/9/12

I had service done to repair hit and run damage on my bumper. My experience was most enjoyable at this location. The staff were very helpful and enthusiastic; they took pride in their work. My vehicle was returned to me in better condition then when I dropped my vehicle off (the inside was vaccumed and the exterior washed... X2 due a bird that decided to drop a duece on my vehicle just before pick up). The staff attended to all issues that I addressed and they went above and beyond to provide customer satisfaction. I will be using boyd again if I ever have to, specifically this location.

BECAUSE OF ALL THE CRAZY DRIVERS ON THE ROAD I HAVE FOUND MYSELF AT THE West 73rd Avenue REPAIR SHOP A FEW TIMES IN THE LAST SEVERAL YEARS. I HAVE NEVER HAD AYTHING LESS THAN POLITE, HELPFUL, CARING, ENTHUSIASTIC, FRIENDLY AND SINCERE EMPLOYEES LOOK AFTER ME.....AND MY CAR. BOTH OF US ARE VERY HAPPY!!! I RECOMMEND BOYD AUTO BODY AT EVERY OPPORTUNITY AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO WORKS AT THIS LOCATION. I DON'T REALLY WANT TO COME BACK BUT IF I NEED TO, I WILL!!!!! The entire team at Boyd provided great service, and I want to give a special thanks to Rishi- I arrived to pick up my car close to closing, and when I was about to drive the courtesy car back, which would have taken me at least half an hour in traffic (taking into account the paperwork at enterprise and return trip), he offered to simply have the car taken care of for me the next business business day and let me get on my way! It's service like this that makes you stand out, and I've already recommended the shop to a colleague who needs repairs.

My sister took her borrowed RV into the Boyd location on john street. the RV had a scratch down the side that required buffing out. in a short time the staff had the scratch buffed out AT NO CHARGE. Thank you to the john street location for taking care of my sister's scratch. I highly recommend this Boyd location for the professional service with quality results.

I just wanted to say that Rishi and his staff took care of my wife's Mercedes C300 4matic when I just dropped in to show some minor scratches and paint on the back bumper. I just came in to see Rishi as he took care of my other cars so well in the past, but to my surprise, his people just spin brushed the scratches and paint off the bumper right away!!! You can bet that anybody I know will be sent to Boyd for their autobody repair needs! Thanks Rishi and Richmond Boyd Autobody!

I received exceptional service at boyd for a side view mirror that I needed installed. The person who helped me promptly was Rishi who also offered to install the mirror that I brought in at no charge. Additional, they cleaned my car. I will definately refer Boyd to my family and friends! Thanks for the great service.

I took my 2006 Infiniti m45 to Boyd Autobody because a friend recommended it to me and told me to make sure to speak to Rishi Bakshi as he is the manager there. I went there and will deffinitely go back for any body repairs I require in the future. Rishi was great! He made sure to inform me about the process and made sure that my car was taken care of. I asked him to phone and me and provide me with any updates or changes and he called me promptly with updates. My car was fixed and looked brand new, there was no signs that it had been in an accident at all. He conducted himself in an extremely professional manner and I will deffinitely be recommending this shop to others because of his customer service skills

I visited the richmond location and I was helped by the manager ( richy). Great service, I have a rangerover that had some dings and scatches. I was expecting to be out of pocket but left pleasantly surprised with the scratches polished out and truck looking new after the wash. Thanks for the savings, I will defininately be back.

I have been using Boyd autobody since my first fender bender in my Honda Civic in about 2004. they have always provided prompt, efficient, friendly service and with the recent ding on my Hyundai Elantra I continue to feel well taken care of by Dean Bros./Boyd. I moved to New Westminster 3 years ago and still return to Marpole for their service - even to fill the pit in my windshield. Good Work Team!

"I have just had a great experience in your Victoria, B.C. shop. My wife and I had just got back from a road trip that cover most of the Alaska Hwy, top to bottom of B.C. and with a stop in Alaska. When we arrived home after 4,000 kms, we needed a little help. Glen, the manager, was my first contact, and he went above and beyond to make my experience good. He took the time to explain everything to me, including what a great job he had with this company. He was so enthusiastic, it rubbed off on me. After we had completed all the work, I asked him who he would recommend to "detail" my Lexus. He said that his crew would do such a great job that I would think it was professionally detailed,... and it was! The administrator at the front counter, Michelle, was also pleasant and professional. It wasn't too busy, so we had a little ... time to talk. At my advanced age, talking to a young attractive woman is always a treat. When there was business to be done though, she was on the job. I am writing to tell you how pleased we were with our experience at the Boyd Autobody & Glass outlet in Langford BC (just outside of Victoria) in April. I had purchased a beautiful Mother of Pearl pendant in Tofino. My husband and I were sitting in our rental car on the way home and I held it up to show him how sparkly it was. It slipped out of my fingers and we heard it clunk on the console. No problem, we thought - the doors are closed so it has to be here. Well, it was a problem. We searched and poked around and moved the seat up, back, and forward. No luck. On our way back to Victoria from Sooke a few days later, I was still brooding about my loss. Who would be able to find it? I suggested an autobody shop, but my husband thought it would cost more than the pendant. We passed a Boyd Autobody shop and I convinced him to give it a ... try. We drove back and were greeted by the most friendly, helpful staff you could imagine. Within moments, the front seat of our car was unattached and flipped out of the way. There was the pendant, nestled in a small depression within a larger groove below the carpeted surface. I was so excited to see it again. Imagine our surprise when they refused to charge us for this service. So this is a BIG thank-you to your helpful staff - Jeremy, Wendy and Chris at the Langford location. I came in to pick up my car from Rishi Bakshi. I had received excellent service from this gentleman. Boyd was going to close at 5pm and I had called to let Rishi know I was stuck in traffic 20 minutes before closing, he mentioned that he had to pick up someone at 515, but told me he'd arrange something so he could wait. He waited 30 minutes after closing. He was very helpful, polite, knowledgeable, explained everything that was done to my car. Best service I've received!

I found the staff at the Vancouver Branch very friendly, professional and extremely efficient. I was fortunate that Fred, who happens to be the manager, was on hand when I rolled in my dented Honda Civic. Obviously he leads by example because I found his staff to be very friendly too, in particular his receptionist, Mandy. And so I am not surprised by the exceptional workmanship on the fender and front grill of my Honda Civic. Needless to say, my experience at BOYD Vancouver was a positive one from the beginning to the end. I highly recommend their service!
