This is what customer service should be!! From the moment i walked through the door and was greeted by Michelle, who quickly looked up my claim info, to Glenn who assessed, took pictures and did the estimate in short order, back over to Michelle who got me into a courtesy car and back on the road in less than 30 minutes! To top it off the car was ready when they said!!! Would recommend to family and friends!

I've dealt with Rishi now on three different claims and have been very impressed with his professionalism. Thank you for the excellent service. I was in an accident that was no fault of my own and I just felt that Robin made things so easy for me. My car was ready (and cleaned) far more quickly than expected. I would highly recommend this company.

We took our car into Boyd Auto body to get a repair estimate. There was minimal outward damage but I know that there can be dagage behind todays car bumpers that is unseen. Larry Mckenzie looked at the car and estabilised thet there was no hidden damage. He polished out the the visable damage and we were on our way. Before leaving I remembered that we had a couple of scuffs on the trunk from where I backed into our lawnmower. I asked if he could try buffing those out. He did it quickly and I offered to pay him. He refused payment as he said it ws no trouble. I appreciated the excellent customer service and the over and above help. I will pass this info on to family and friends! Thanks again Larry!

WE hav had three occassions to have cars repaired at Boyd Victoria on John Street. Each time has been a great experience. The most recetn time was on May 17. As usual the staff were great, the car finished on time. Our experiences with Boyd are what makes us return. Well done. John Bowron

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. The courtesy car and paperwork ready to go when I got there. My truck looks like new. The best part was they came in on Saturday so I could pick up my truck. It’s rare to see this kind of customer service anymore.

Can't say enough about the fantastic service I received from Boyd Abbotsford. When I showed up for my appointment, the courtesy car was waiting for me freshly cleaned and with a full tank of gas. When asked how long the repairs would take, they not only met the estimated timeline, but exceeded it. Upon returning to pick up my vehicle, the paperwork was all ready for me to sign and my vehicle was outside waiting (again, washed thoroughly). The whole process was smooth, quick and painless. I would happily refer my friends/family to have their collision repairs completed at Boyd Abbotsford. Big thank you to Larry McKenzie and his team. You guys are awesome.

I found the service to be exceptional. My car was fixed quickly and it never looked better. There was one oversight in the fixing, but it was quickly rectified. I was very impresssed with the service received. Nothing was left undone. It was so nice to see everyone able to handle the job so efficiantly. Special thanks to Jammie, the 'pre an post 'cleaning guy, and the efficient profession receptionist/admin girl. (Sorry I didn't get everyones name) I will certainly recommend your Victoria team to my friends.
