Excellent service and very friendly, helpful staff. They even made sure to pay special attention when vacuuming out my car, which is super appreciated. Robin and Mandy were the two with whom I had the most contact and they were really great and so helpful and nice. Hopefully I never have to come back but if I ever did I would come back here. Thanks!

Boyd AutoBody & Glass provided excellent service and repairs to my Hyundai Sante Fe 2010. I just recently took my SUV in to the Abbotsford location and was given my car back within the week it was brought in. Larry McKenzie handled my repairs and provided excellent customer service and my car looks brand new. The passenger door had to be replaced as well as the front fender and I feel like I have a new car now. Had my windows broken on a Thursday. I swung by the shop the same day and spoke with Mandy. She helped me through the process and she had the product ordered for me the next morning to be installed. Fantastic service! I always appreciate a team with a sense of urgency. Thank you Mandy and staff. Not only were they Helpful,Courtious and Prompt. Mandy had me driving back to work and on time. Today 23Nar12 I was recommended by my auto service company OK Tire at Oak & Marine Drive to see Boyd Autobody about my little problem with my BMW Convertible spoiler. Robin Soni (1111West 73rd Avenue, Vancouver) had a look at the spoiler damage which was interfering with my tire and said he would try to fix it for me. About 15 minutes later he had screwd the problem piece, solved my problem and did not charge me for this service ... as he had said to me at the beginning. Based on this fantastic customer service, I will certainly use Boyd Autobody for all of my future needs and will recommend them to all of my clients and collegues. Great Customer Service !!!!

Boyd was recommended to me by my Dealership. I was not very pleased that the dealer would not fix my car after being rear ended, but the dealer contacted Boyd on my behalf to give notice that I would need a courtesy car. The next day I received a call from Robin at Boyd, much to my surprise...as I was avoiding calling due to my disappointment that the dealer would not fix my car. Robin was very helpful, and we set up an appointment for the next business day. On the appointment day, I was greeted by very friendly and welcoming staff. I was also pleasantly surprised that Robin was proactive in ordering the parts in advance due to the photographs I sent from the accident.
