The care and prompt service provided by the staff at the Abbotsford location was by far exceptional - as from the time of my first phone call to book a time and date for my repair to be done went without a hitch. The loaner vehicle provided was clean and ready with a full tank of gas when I arrived at the location. Paperwork was all prepared and ready for signature and after a short review of my upcoming repair and an inspection of the loaner vehicle was performed and found to be in order. The staff assisted me in transferring some personal items from my van into the loaner - which was great as I am somewhat handy-capped. My Van was repaired and returned in the time frame quoted - along with a follow up phone call to arrange a time for me to come and pick it up. Both the interior and exterior of my van were a lot cleaner than when I ... brought it in. The staff reviewed the repair with me and supplied all of the appreciate paperwork I required for my files - prior to my receiving my Van. The staff closed with a reminder that if for any reason I found something just not right after I left to just phone and they would make it right. I found nothing lacking in the repair and/or the service provided to me….. PS - I had forgot my sunglasses and clicker, which I hid in one of the little compartments of the loaner and the staff, found them and called me by phone to say they had them. The customer service from the receptionist to the shop repair man was extremely curteous, professional and very informative. I was very impressed with the conclusion of repairs done to my front bumper. Very good quality work. When the shop repairman brought my car around to the front it was clean inside and out and when I mentioned that my headlight covers were so scratched he took the car back into the shop and cleaned them up with a polish. Above and beyond customer service that I hope to have the pleasure to use again if I ever need to.

My experience at Boyd Autobody was superb! I use a walker, so I have a van which makes it much easier for me to load my walker. I have used Boyd more than once and every time they have gone out of their way to make sure I have a van as a courtesy vehicle, which makes a very big difference to me. They are absolutely wonderful people that work there and I highly recommend them.”

I just wanted to let you know about the great service I received during my recent claim. I hit a deer with my 2005 VW Passat - thankfully my car was still driveable and no one was hurt. I took my car in on Monday, March 5th and was looked after by Wendy. She was a great help in getting everything going for me and provided me with a loaner car. I expected to be without my car for weeks. Imagine my surprise when I got a call on Friday afternoon (March 9th), that my car was ready to be picked up. I was so pleased to have my Passat in time for the weekend and in a much cleaner state than when it had arrived! Thanks for the great service!

First of all let me start by once again by thanking Larry McKenzie for superior customer service. Larry, was polite, professional , and provided the quality service I required. With in Minutes he drove to my dealership listened intentively, and assured this was a task he was able to Handle. He provided a time line, and made follow up calls to reassure the work was in schedule. The job was completed in time, with the results I wanted. This is superior customer service.

Rishi Bakshi was excellent. He offered to get me in immediately. He offered me a free rental, even though I'm a roadstar anyways. I heard about you from a friend of mine who had some work done there and mentioned your lifetime guarantee. I looked you up on the internet and just called and drove in. Next day I had my car back. The best thing was that my car was a total mess as I have kids with food and wrappers and whatever else. They did an excellent job of detailing my car. That was really appreciated. Note: you should know that Enterprise car rental is charging (based on a policy taped to their desk) that unless you pay them $10, when you rent one of their cars they will charge you $25 a day for loss of use of their rental cars even if someone hits you in their rental. So if someone hit me in their rental car they would charge me $25 a ... day until their rental was fixed. Last time I checked I wouldnt be in charge of filing an accident claim on their behalf for a vehicle that wasnt mine and they could take their time reporting it, choosing a repair shop etc. Personally that just really pisses me off as its a scare tactic and a total cash grab. Before I take this to Steele on your side or Enterprise head office I thought you should know. And I didnt pony up the 10 bucks either. Keep up the great customer service and the nice repair work. read more
