My claim was handled in a professional manner, and it seemed Mr. Bakshi really cared to provide me the best service possible by keeping me updated with the progress of repairs to my vehicle. I was more than 100% impressed when I saw my vehicle fixed. It looked brand new again. My car looks and smells like it is brand new again! The service has been outstanding--while the repairs took longer than originally expected, this was due only to the exacting care which staff took in ensuring that every detail was attended to. Friendly service, excellent workmanship and a vehicle cleaned to a polish inside and out. Thank you to all of you, it is much appreciated!

Fast, efficient, friendly, service in a very clean environment. I could not have asked for anything more to occur. At no time did I feel impatient, in fact I left with a smile on my face marveling that such an unpleasant situation as having my car vandalized could be handled in such a pleasant manner. Front desk and adjustor were both great. I also appreciated the update call from Jamie to assure me that things were on schedule. I would recommend the folks at your John street location without hesitation. They truly know the meaning of customer service.

A GOOD/BAD NEWS STORY February 6, 2012. I had the misfortunate experience last Thursday afternoon to discover that my vehicle had been broken into and my GPS stolen. On the recommendation of ICBC I selected Boyd Autobody & Glass because it was with in 15 minute walking distance from my residence. After the initial shock it was a good news story because of the highly personal and professional service I received from your Bridgeport/Richmond shop. When I picked up my 2000 Nissan this afternoon it appeared almost like a new car. Better than how my car was treated was how I was treated. I had called in Thursday afternoon and was invited by Rishi Bakshi, your Operations Manager to drop my car off the next morning at 8:00 am. Had a small issue with my 2010 Chrysler 300. Backed up and bumped someones rear bumper. Broke my tailight and cracked and scraped paint off of my rear bumper. Brought my car in on Monday afternoon and got a call Wednesday that it was ready for pickup. Great service and did an excellant job, good as new. Your sales reps. Mandy and Jeff did a very good job explaining to me how the process works and handling my case. I am very satisfied with your company and the work that was done

Staff at the shop were extremely friendly and efficient. Turnaround was quick, even when extra parts were required. Paint match on silver was as close as I could imagine possible. Although one never looks forward to having to bring a car in for body work. I will definitely recommend Boyd Autobody.
