I have the impression that this business is well managed and organized. The process for the submission of the claim is efficient and transparent, and the scheduling of an appointment for the repair was done according to my needs. Boyd submits the insurance claim directly to the insurance company on behalf of the insured. The staff are courteous and knowledgeable.

Had my F350 in for repair after it was hit in a parking lot. This was my first encounter with Boyd and without a doubt the best service I have ever received, bar none. Everyone was so courteous and helpful. The repair was done perfectly, professionally and in a timely manner. I was pleasantly surprised when I went to pick up the truck that it was returned to me in pristine condition - washed outside and thoroughly cleaned inside. My highest recommendation to the Maple Ridge Boyd Autobody Shop. Thank you to Scott and Tom and the rest of your staff.

I had the fortunate experience of dealing with Larry McKenzie. I cannot state in words how gracious, understanding, kind, and helpful the man was to me. I am a full time student athlete and had a poor set of circumstances happen to me that caused some damage to my car. The estimates were much higher than I was hoping as the damage from the impact was greater than I had guessed. From the moment I came in my experience was greater than any expectation I could have had. He worked with me to find an efficient and effective solution that carefully managed cost and looks. The job that we had decided on did not make my car look good enough for him to be satisfied. He then took extra actions that cost marginally more for exceptional results. Most people are willing to pay a little more and go out of their way a bit for these things that are so rare these days. It always amazes me that most companies don't seem to realize that word of mouth from happy customers is the most reliable and productive advertisements. I had minor damage on my truck's front bumper. I went to Boyd Autobody for an estimate. I found Michelle and Jamie very friendly and helpful. I was able to book my repair appointment very quickly. They gave me a courtesy car while my truck was in their shop. They both called me as the job was progressing and when the job was finished. I was so impressed with their friendly and professional service. The bumper looks brand new! They also washed and cleaned the inside and outside of my truck! I would highly recommend this body shop.

Fast, efficient, friendly, service in a very clean environment. I could not have asked for anything more to occur. At no time did I feel impatient, in fact I left with a smile on my face marveling that such an unpleasant situation as having my car vandalized could be handled in such a pleasant manner. Front desk and adjustor were both great. I also appreciated the update call from Jamie to assure me that things were on schedule. I would recommend the folks at your John street location without hesitation. They truly know the meaning of customer service.

The service has been outstanding--while the repairs took longer than originally expected, this was due only to the exacting care which staff took in ensuring that every detail was attended to.
