Wanted to thank Robin and Rose for their amazing customer service. They were both very professional. My collision repair could not have gone any smoother. Robin went above and beyond to make sure everything went easily and in fact, had me bring back the car back to re-fix/paint one very small area that he insisted wasn't up to their standards. I would recommend them to anyone requiring repairs to their vehicles. Thanks Robin!

I brought my vehicle in to Boyd today for minor repair after a hit and run. You came highly recomended and I must say that I was not dissapointed. You gave me a replacement car for a week and when I returned to pick up my car it was like new. The staff was very kind and they went out of their way to help me. I was also very impressed at how well you kept me informed throughout the week and at your professionalism. I will definatly recomend you in the future. Thank you again.

I recently had my truck body fixed at the New Westminster location and I am extremely happy with the outcome and customer service. All the staff, from Eric at the front desk to Chris, the body man in the shop, went out of their way to answer my questions and to make sure I was completely informed and satisfied at the end. Thanks to Mike and Julie who were awesome with getting my appointment booked as well as when I dropped my vehicle off; they got me on my way quickly and worry free. I would also like to thank Chris (Bodyman) who, after noticing my concern of the unknown extent of damage to my vehicle, took a few minutes to explain/review the repair procedure, and assured me of the top notch work which was about to be preformed.
