It is indeed a pleasure to finally be able to write something positive for work/service which exceeds todays norm. (by a long shot) I’m finding in todays work world “very” few go that extra step, never mind the extra mile. The work/service I received from your office was “just like the old days” and I am VERY pleased to say I will definitely refer anyone else who may be in need of repairs to their vehicle to your office. PLEASE keep it up – you are all doing the RIGHT thing!!!

I found Boyd Autobody Staff to be courteous, efficient maintaining great communication with me at all times. More extensive repairs were required once the vehicle was examined at repair time. Boyd Autobody staff ordered the initial required parts which were available within one week and an appointment for repair was initiated. I was told by the manager of Boyd Autobody at the initial assessment of the vehicle that more extensive repairs may be required once the vehicle was examined at repair time. I was rear ended while at a very backed up intersection August 5, 2011 and I found the accident and damage to my vehicle very traumatic. Glenn Harlle, manager at Boyd Autobody was very understanding and supportive. The vehicle required to be in the shop another week while the required parts were obtained. the service here was excellent from the repair work done,to the cleanliness of the interior at pick up time and the front desk service. Both wendy and jamie were very friendly and efficient (at the front desk). Also wendy went the extra mile with regards to my insurance claim.which I appreciated. Excellent service from this location. inside door panels were chewed by my dog and were replaced on very short notice by this courteous team of professionals. we couldn't be more pleased with the service and will recommend Boyd to all my friends.

Very caring, friendly and professional tratment was provided by the staff, especialy Scott Anderson. The girl at the front office was extremely helpful. My van was looked after extremely well, they were quick and the work was done top notch. My experience with Boyd autobody was above and beyond.

I found the staff at Boyd Autobody to be extremely courteous and efficient. I have not needed bodywork done prior to this so have no past experience to compare with. However, the work done on my car appears to be very well done and I am quite pleased with it. The car was returned to me in excellent condition as well. Thank you.

"I have gone to Boyds on John St. for three auto body repairs this year: Two for my Acura and one for my Mother in Law's Mazda. I have been most satisfied with friendly service and workmanship from Glen the manager,to receptionist, quality of shop work...right down to "Mark" who insisted on washing my car one more time before leaving the lot. I bring the car in damaged and dirty and I get it back well repaired, polished and clean (inside and out). I would not hesitate to recommend Boyds to my friends. Regards,"
