I recently had my truck body fixed at the New Westminster location and I am extremely happy with the outcome and customer service. All the staff, from Eric at the front desk to Chris, the body man in the shop, went out of their way to answer my questions and to make sure I was completely informed and satisfied at the end. Thanks to Mike and Julie who were awesome with getting my appointment booked as well as when I dropped my vehicle off; they got me on my way quickly and worry free. I would also like to thank Chris (Bodyman) who, after noticing my concern of the unknown extent of damage to my vehicle, took a few minutes to explain/review the repair procedure, and assured me of the top notch work which was about to be preformed. I was impressed. Lastly, I would like to thank Eric who went above and beyond to make sure I was informed on my ... vehicle status, and to ensure I was fully taken care of and happy with my rental vehicle. I brought my vehicle in to Boyd today for minor repair after a hit and run. You came highly recomended and I must say that I was not dissapointed. You gave me a replacement car for a week and when I returned to pick up my car it was like new. The staff was very kind and they went out of their way to help me. I was also very impressed at how well you kept me informed throughout the week and at your professionalism. I will definatly recomend you in the future. Thank you again.

I found Boyd Autobody Staff to be courteous, efficient maintaining great communication with me at all times. More extensive repairs were required once the vehicle was examined at repair time. Boyd Autobody staff ordered the initial required parts which were available within one week and an appointment for repair was initiated. I was told by the manager of Boyd Autobody at the initial assessment of the vehicle that more extensive repairs may be required once the vehicle was examined at repair time. I was rear ended while at a very backed up intersection August 5, 2011 and I found the accident and damage to my vehicle very traumatic. Glenn Harlle, manager at Boyd Autobody was very understanding and supportive. The vehicle required to be in the shop another week while the required parts were obtained. A rental vehicle had been supllied by my ... insurance company. Boyd Autobody also provided a call to me a few days after the vehicle repairs to be certain I was satisfied with my vehicle and repairs. the service here was excellent from the repair work done,to the cleanliness of the interior at pick up time and the front desk service. Both wendy and jamie were very friendly and efficient (at the front desk). Also wendy went the extra mile with regards to my insurance claim.which I appreciated.
