"I have a 2009 Pontiac G5 and while in a parking lot, the side of my car was key'd". I took it to your shop at 540 John St. Glenn Hartle came out and told me exactly what needed to be done to have my car looking like new. There was no doubt in my mind that he knew his business. He made the whole experience much better. If I have any more car problems, I'll definitely take it in and see Glenn. I've told my friends and family about my experience and I just want to give a big thank you to Glenn. He is a great employee.....knows his stuff.....as did the autobody guys who worked on my car. Recently I was in need of an autobody shop. Boyd Surrey/Langley location was the right choice. My car was dropped off and neil took over. He took many photographs of the damage and assured me everything would be just fine. I nthe office, Nikki took care of the paper work and assigned me a loaner car. Both Neil and Nikki were very kind and also very helpful. I left Boyd with a good feeling. When my car was conpleted, I inspected it carefully, it was like brand new! I am very satisfued with the work. Everyone there has alot of pride... thats evident in their work. Thank you!

On Thursday, August 4th, 2011 I was travelling eastbound in a BC Hydro Fleet vehicle on Hwy 1 in Victoria when when the front passenger window imploded. (ARI) Automotive Resources International referred me to Boyd Autobody and Glass along with another service supplier. I made contact with Jeremy Harms of your John Street, Victoria location and he stated the window could not be replaced this date (late afternoon) and he would assist by having the glass fragments vacuumed from the van and cover the open window. The reason for this interim solution was that my home base is in Nanaimo, 120 kms north of Victoria. I arrived at your John Street location and was greeted by Jeremy. BC - 22715 Dewdney Trunk Rd, Maple Ridge - 8/4/11
Went to the location on a suggestion from a friend. I had a key scrap on the sid eof my brand ndew 2011 Ford Edge. The manager got Mike on the case. He spent about a half hour on it and the result was a scratch that you would have to squint to see. I offered to pay, but they insisted it was on the house, and to just suggest other friends and family t use their location for their autobody needs. Thank you Boyd Maple Ridge!

BC - 22715 Dewdney Trunk Rd, Maple Ridge - 7/24/11
I had to get the front passenger window replaced after it was broken from a rock that became airborne when a semi truck cab drove over it. My claim was handled extremely professionally by Scott Anderson. The window was ordered and replaced the same day, the cleaned the inside of my truck exceptionally well and even washed the outside of the truck too. I know now where to go should I need this type of service again and will recommend your company.

My car was hit from the back and the rear bumper and fender had to be fixed. Boyd Autobody did a nice job on the repairs in one day and gave me a loaner. Damage was covered by ICBC. I had the same repair done on the rear bumper about a month ago when someone did a hit and run on my car while I was the grocery store.

The Team at Boyd was utmost professional, friendly, and very accommodating. My truck was damaged in an animal collision, and after spending 2 weeks on the repair work, I was very happy with the result, and the overall experience with Kris and Wendy. I would recommend this location to anyone who may require their services.

I was extremly satisfied with the customer service at this location; in particular Julie Towell and Mike Amoroso were phenomenal!! I believe they both went above and beyond my expectations in way of customer service- they truly seemed to care about what was happening for me....As well the actual work done to my vehicle (thus far) seems to be impeccable. Overall my experience with that location (and again with those two employees!!) was a very good one...I would recommend this shop above all others at this point!

GREAT CREW!!!!! >From the moment I took our vehicle in for the estimate to the moment we got it back fully repaired, the team were informative and professional and explained fully each step in the process. They took care of the rental car details and had the van back to us on time and fully cleaned. Great work from the Front End Manager to the Estimators and everyone else involved in the process. Will recommend Boyd in a heart beat !!!!

Just want to say that I had absolutely fantastic service right from the first call to the final pick up. Wendy at the desk was very informative and set clear expectations around service times and work to be completed. The job was completed well and one day early! My car was washed and vacummed and looked like new. Thank you very much....would recommend to anyone! This is my third time there and would not go elsewhere.
