I had a very pleasant experience at Boyd Autobody. I was welcomed, and given assurance that all would be well - and it was! The work that was done on my car was all that I expected (and more).. I was given a car to drive during the repairs. Repairs were done in a timely manner. Thank you for a good experience.

Person I dealt with - Rose Kumar, General Manager. >From the moment I walked in the door I received good service. Rose greeted me, inspected my car, explained the process with the insurance company and ordered my windshield and had me booked in all within 10 minutes. No issues on the day of the repair and my car was cleaned inside and out which really made an impression on me as a company/branch going above and beyond my expectations. I will return here should I need their services again and will recommend them to others. Note: My garage Granville and Avery (next door) recommended Boyd to me in the first place. Keep up the outstanding service.

We were totally delighted with service from first momint entering your Victoria office. Jeremy was the assessor who went with me to look over damage. He was gracious and very professional. The loan of one of your Toyota's was most welcome -- I did not have to deal with car rentals. Michelle had confirmed that ICBC had waived the deductible -- as there was some doubt as to whether the person responsible for the accident had contacted ICBC. The car was spotlessly clean inside and out and the repair job looks great Many thanks.

"On July 6, 2011, I went to Boyd for an estimate on damage to my left front bumper. Fred Karimi examined the bumper and undercarriage and determined there was no damage but there was a visible black horizontal streak on the bumper. He took some \"wax cleaner??\" and entirely removed the mark. When I asked the fee involved, he replied \"none, it is a part of our service\". Best garage experience I have ever had. Many thanks!"

The only place to get your car repaired, I have used Boyd's on a few occasions and each time I find them fabulous. You can find very few places these days that even know what customer service is let alone actually give any and these guys know it well. I have always been treated royally. They have a very calming effect on you when you are in the trauma on an accident, you just know they are your friends and are working on your behalf. Way to go Boyd's I will pass you name on to anyone in need of your service but hope I won't need you again. Blessings and keep up the exceptional work

I called Boyd Autobody & Glass looking for advice for a new "star" on my windshield caused by a passing semi one morning. I spoke with "Alicia" who gave me advice and actually attended to it herself. She was very knowledgeable & I was happy to go to a business in my community. I have been telling colleagues and friends about the great service and will be going back to Boyd the next time we need glass or autobody attention. Thanks Alicia!!

I had my front bumper replaced at Boyd auto body in Victoria at John st. As always Michelle was awesome in getting things going for me when I arrived at Boyd for my repair. Michelle is a sweetheart who is friendly, polite, and efficient at reception. Obviously she is a very valuable asset to your company! After the awesome reception, Glen who is also amazing in his professional, friendly and knowledgeable manner took over helping me with my repair. He assessed the damage and provided me with the information on the cost of replacing my bumper. Glen has been exceptional in advising me with repairs to my vehicles over the past few years! Once Glen finished assessing the damage and arranging my repair he turned me over to Michelle who arranged a courtesy vehicle for me. The reason I return to Boyd when I require repairs to my vehicle is the ... awesome customer service experience at Boyd auto body in Victoria at John st. I will recommend Boyd to anybody that talks to me about auto body repairs. In fact I have had many strangers stop me to look at my car and ask questions about the year of my vehicle. They give me complements on the way my vehicle looks. Often I have conversations with people admiring my vehicle, answer their questions about the year, performance and any problems I might have had. During those conversations I always tell them that Boyd painted my after market scoops and repaired my bumper. I advise them to have Boyd do painting or repair if they ever need auto bodywork done on their cars. I will gladly recommend Boyd in Victoria to anyone asking me about repairs to their vehicles. I will certainly praise the staff at Boyd in Victoria during those recommendations! read more

"I phoned Boyd looking for a window replacement for my car as it had been broken into. I phoned a few different places because my car is an older model and I knew it would be challenging to find a replacement. I spoke with Alicia Malone from Boyd and she was amazing. I knew that my little window job was small potatoes for most big companies and a hassle, because of the challenge finding a window. Alicia made me feel that there was hope for my replacement, kept in constant communication and never made me feel as though my glass replacement was any less important than their other jobs. When it's so easy to phone numerous autobody establishments, customer service such as what I received is what makes the difference. I would choose Boyd now for any work moving forward I may need based on the experience I received. Keep up the great work, ... Alicia! I'm in hospitality and preach the importance of the "above and beyond" approach to customer service to my staff and understand the significance of it." read more
