Robin Soni and Rose Kumar offer amazing, helpful, and speedy service whenever I come in. I am extremely happy and have complete confidence in this repair shop. It is a pleasure to deal with such knowledgable and personable staff. Way to go Boyd Autobody on West 73rd. "This was the second trip within our family for a repair. My husband had been in before and I came in because of the awesome service we received last time. They say \"it\'s the little things that matter\"... well, Boyd definitely goes above and beyond! The actual service part was perfect but it absolutely made my day to pick up my car and find they had washed the outside and fully cleaned and vacuumed in inside! All for just a glass replacement. I would never hesistate to recommend this location to anyone who needs any type of repair. Way to go Boyd!!!!!"

Robin & the crew did a great job to get us up and moving once again after our unfortunate accident. Boyd was quick to assess damage, order parts, book us in and comlpete the work. We were given clear and updated information throughout the course of the repair. Results were fine and on time. After-service waranty work was was also excellent. I had a wonderful experience. My car was rear ended and ICBC told me to deal with Can Direct. I pulled into Boyd to get an idea about th cost to fix my car and the fellow said they could d all the insurance filing, which they did, he called me that day and scheduled my car for repairs. They lined up the rental car, did all the paperwork for the claim and I picked up my car perfectly fixed! Wow! Easiest claim of any kind i\'ve ever had.

"Boyd worked with me to get my older, but \"perfect for me\" stationwagon back on the road looking quite acceptable, and within the bounds of the Insurance comapny pay out, despite the Insurance Companies directive to total the vehicle. This ment a lot to me, as I wasn\'t ready to renew my vehicle which is the workhorse of my family while we do garden rennovations, transport kayaks, and teach a seventeen year old to drive. I couldn\'t do those things with a new car. Thanks Julie for all your help"
