After a weekend from H3ll, that included having my car damaged by a poor mechanic, my husband\'s truck breaking when I needed a replacement vehicle I also had my car keyed. You could actually see the footprints on the hood of the car where someone stood so they could key the roof! I ended up at Boyd Autobody and Glass to deal with the keying. It was all over the place. They assessed the damage and told me that they would try and buff it out, and if that didn\'t work they would paint it. I really wasn\'t thrilled with the idea of having to have my car painted, but if that was what it took I didn\'t have much choice. When I went to pick up my car I saw it in the parking lot. WOW it looked great. I was thrilled. When I tried to pay the invoice the rep from Boyd told me there was no charge! I was completely blown away! I didn\'t know what to ... say and all he said was that they were glad that they could help me and if I needed anything else that I should come back and see them! All I can say is that BOYD ROCKS! (1)You were very flexible in scheduling the repair(2)The repairs to my vehicle were done very quickly; (3) I appreciated having a loner vehicle, and that I didn\'t have to organize/pay for a rental; (4)The repairs were very well done, my car looks great and (5) I can\'t thank you enough for doing such a wonderful job cleaning/ detailing my car for me. She looks beautiful! If I ever need car repairs again I will return and will definitely recommend you to others. Thank you for such wonderful customer service!

I went in with what I thought was an attempted break-in to my car. Turns out the lock fell in on it\'s own but they gave me a courtesy car right away..called 45 mins later to tell me it was ready and had even washed and vacuumed out the car...with no charge. I\'ve never had such awesome service and even with a smile. They made my week.

I am thoroughly impressed with the fine auto body work that was done to my car. More on the lines of being astounded on the quality of the work done by JAN SVENSSON. A true patriarch of the highest quality craftsmanship of being a body man/mechanic. He went above and beyond all my expectations. I could not believe my eyes; that was my car. It looked brand new. On top of all that he truly is a car enthusiast.

"This was the second trip within our family for a repair. My husband had been in before and I came in because of the awesome service we received last time. They say \"it\'s the little things that matter\"... well, Boyd definitely goes above and beyond! The actual service part was perfect but it absolutely made my day to pick up my car and find they had washed the outside and fully cleaned and vacuumed in inside! All for just a glass replacement. I would never hesistate to recommend this location to anyone who needs any type of repair. Way to go Boyd!!!!!"

Robin & the crew did a great job to get us up and moving once again after our unfortunate accident. Boyd was quick to assess damage, order parts, book us in and comlpete the work. We were given clear and updated information throughout the course of the repair. Results were fine and on time. After-service waranty work was was also excellent.
