Michelle was the person that helped me. She was very efficient and knew what she was doing. She also explained everything very well and made me feel very comfortable with leaving my car with boyd. I also thought that for working at a body shop she was dressed very proffessionaly

I was very impressed with the service I recieved, it did take a day longer than I was originally told but that was due to the first piece of glass they recieved having a large scratch on it. Also on the window that was replaced I had a Vancouver Canucks Sticker and I thought it was a goner but when I picked up my truck it was sitting inside, in one piece and just needed to be put back on. I do apprieciate the extra care that was taken

My experience with Boyd was very positive. The customer service was outstanding. They fixed the car quickly and it looked great. They also cleaned and washed my car, it was a very nice surprise. I would hightly recommend them to anyone else and have nothing negative to say about the experience. Thanks for the great service Boyd!

It is almost two weeks since I picked up my car from your shop, and I have had ample opportunity to examine it. I am extremely pleased how everything looks, fits and runs. It looks like new and runs quieter than it did when new. The fit and finish is a credit to the quality work you and your crew preformed. I would be happy to provide a reference to anyone that requires one. Keep up the good work, as I know you will.

The original repairs were done in 1998 and last winter a flaw in the paint was starting to show long story short the life time warranty came in handy and the bonus is how nice and accomodating the staff at the Abbotsford location is. Neadless to say I am very pleased and will let all my friends and family know about it. The wrokmanship is great, it looks like I have a brand new vehicle. Thank you.
