Our Rear window was smashed in. Went to Boyd Autobody where they took care of everything from ICBC claim to shrink wrapping the back of the car. The shrink wrapping was so good it lasted through 4 trips on the number 1 hwy as my son was in a hockey tourny during spring break. They worked completely around my scheduel. Best of all they were so nice I left not feeling like a victim of vandalism, but as a happy confident person. I will always recomend Boyd.

Many years ago in a song, Mick Jagger of the Rolling Stones, commented "I dont get to satisfaction!" Well, maybe he should have _______ Boyd Autobody Ltd as we did, and received absolute satisfaction! Our car has never looked or driven better, thanks to the team work of receptionist, Alicia, our cust adjuster Julie, and certainly the men in the trenches, the mechanics! Thanks to each of you! I commend Mike Amoroso for his generous assistance in removing pole smudge on my left front fender of my Honda..free of charge..such an overture which might have cost in the hundreds is typical of this firm..customer is always first and the price is right..thanks so much, Mike!

I had made an appointment to bring my car in for an estimate (private)to get my bumper repaired. I was absoultely stunned when the young service man fixed my bumper and a knick in the window that I had not even mentioned and did not charge me. It made my day and then some.

Extremely friendy and courteous staff. Very satisfied with the work done. It was a collision repair, a glass replacement and a part replacement. I wouldn\'t hesitate to bring my vehicle back here again and would definitely recommend anyone to bring a vehicle here!

The service I received from Neil at your Langley location was excellent. He was friendly and professional. Dealing with an insurance company claim is sometimes not easy and Neil assisted me in getting my claim approved the same day I brought my car in to be assessed, as well as had a rental car all ready and waiting for me when I needed it. Great customer service!
