The service I received from Neil at your Langley location was excellent. He was friendly and professional. Dealing with an insurance company claim is sometimes not easy and Neil assisted me in getting my claim approved the same day I brought my car in to be assessed, as well as had a rental car all ready and waiting for me when I needed it. Great customer service!

Wow! Talk about excellent customer service. A call made to see about collison repair, allowed to come in immediately, then appointment set up, and work done all witin a week! Very professional and curteous from the phone call to drop off, repairs pick up. Very helpful with setting up rental vehicle too. Treated like gold, definaley wwill return for nay work that we may need in the futre. Thanks for making this into such a positive expierence after a minor upset.
