BC - 1111 - 73rd Ave, Vancouver - 2/14/11

I am VERY pleased with the service I received at Boyd Autobody. My car was repaired and cleaned and polished both inside and out. I was contacted frequently by Glenn Flach to let me know how it was progressing, which I appreciated very much. It\'s like driving a brand new 15 year old car! Service was provided at 1111 West 73rd Ave in Vancouver.

I took my car to Boyd AutodyBody and Glass on John Street and received fantastic service from Michelle Evanoff and Julie Perry. We have used Boyd Autobody on West 73rd Avenue, Vancouver, a few times now. Each time we have used their services, we are truly blown away at the level of service. I too work in the service industry and know how difficult it can be, but there definitely seems to be a natural ease that the shop there has. We have dealt with Rose each time and she has always taken great care of us. She definitely takes a stressful situation for us and makes it a positive one. Thank you!!

Mike at your Boyd location in New Westminster was hands-down the best person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! Unlike other body-shops I have b been to before, Mike brought me solutions, not problems. I would highly recommend my friends and family to go see Mike. Boyd as a whole has and exceptional employee in Mike and If it was possible to clone him for all of your other locations, there wouldn\'t be any competition left in the marketplace!

I have been using Boyd Autobody and Glass for several years. Recently, I made a visit to the shop at 1111 West 73rd Avenue in Vancouver to replace my windshield and I received incredible service. Rose and Robin were so friendly and professional, I was very impressed. Over the holiday, my windshield got a chip in it and I returned to the shop today for a repair. Again, the staff was courteous and helpful. My repair was done quickly and the overall experience was a good one. I will refer friends to this shop in the future. It is unusual today to find such a dedicated team.

I would like to commend your company on the extremely superior level of service provided by your shop located at 2663 Sooke Road in Langford, B.C. We have had several dealings with the shop over the last few years, and the staff always goes well above and beyond their duties to their customers. In our first couple dealings, we had glass replacement work done and were so relieved to have the instant service provided. We were offered use of a courtesy car, which was thoughtful and appreciated, but not necessary for us at the time. In this latest incident, our daughter’s car needed some repair work after an accident, which occurred a few weeks prior to her moving out of province to attend school. We had to wait for ICBC, the insurance company to approve the work being done first and since the wai t was lengthy, she was already moved and her ... insurance on the vehicle expired before they approved the work. We were in a panic thinking the repair work would have to wait till spring when she was back from school and the car insured again. No problem for Boyd’s. Between Wendy at the service desk making arrangements for us, keeping us up-to-date with phone calls and Chris who personally came out with a repair plate to pick up the car, looked after the repair work and brought the vehicle back home for us, we were pretty impressed with the service. We then decided to have some additional cosmetic paint work done while our daughter was still away and again the staff came and picked up the car and looked after everything for us. We also had a leak in it which we were unable to find the cause of and asked them to see if that could be fixed at the same time. The staff was diligent in every effort to locate and fix what turned out to be several leaks throughout the car. We left it at the shop indefinitely as our daughter was in no need of the vehicle at the time. They were very thorough and meticulous in the work that was done, and still had the car ready for her when she arrived home recently for Christmas break. She was pretty excited to see how great her car looked. It was absolutely immaculate inside and out. The amount of work done was quite a bit more than originally anticipated, and that was no problem for the shop. No complaints, no extra fees. We had stopped in to check on it one day while in another daughter’s car that had chips in the windshield from a rock. When we asked about making an appointment for repairing her car, Chris simply took it in and fixed it while we waited. We just can’t say enough about the service or of the friendly staff and judging by the number of letters and cards of thanks on their bulletin board, we are not the only customers who have been treated with that level of courtesy, care and respect. We also see f rom the cards that there is a great amount of community involvement and support for local kids, just another important attribute to such a great business and such a dedicated team. I find myself going back to Boyd Autobody every time I need work do on my car. They are professional and courteous. they way the take the time to explain everything in great detail is so important. It really helps me and everyone that is not sure of the type of work that need to be done so that it is clearly understood.
